The food is decent as are the prices. But today I am signing it off permanently as a sit-down restaurant. Get it to go. The service is terrible, terrible, terrible. I have been there on several occasions (apparently I am a glutton for punishment, and I keep thinking next time it might be better...) but it hasnt improved one bit. On one visit, we saw our server when she took our order. We never saw her again. Today, our server was no where to be found and we were out of coffee. I very politely asked the man who delivered our food for some more coffee. He agree to get it then failed to either 1) get it, or 2) ask our server to do so. I do like their food, which is the only thing thats keep me coming back. On a "good service" day you will see your server when your order is taken and when he/she brings the check. If you are really lucky, your server will check in with you once throughout your meal and you might even be able to get a beverage refill. The worst part of this place is that people will stand outside for an HOUR waiting to be seated here. Unfortunately, I think thats probably why they dont bother improving...

Had mixed feelings about the place, even though apparently getting a good, hearty breakfast, especially around 7:00 a.m. on the weekends is apparently a great challenge in the Westlake area. First the good: The multi-grain bread was great. Everything omelette was good, but I wish it had more veggies & cheese. The home fries were on the bland side, both in taste and texture. Coffee did not have nearly the caffeine kick that I get from Starbucks or even McDonalds. The giant bowls of creamers were mostly the flavored variety had to pilfer from other tables. I like the atmosphere theyre trying to physically create, but for some reason, it came across as partially sterile to me. Still, overall, one of the best places in the area to get breakfast. The disappointing part is that is not a very high bar to hit.

So far so good, my server is friendly, but I still dont know her name, coffee is good, I didnt get a full cup but thats ok! I picked the Acapulco Express Omelette. When I first got in it was so more than 10 tables full, now the place is getting crowded and loud, mostly businesses man a few family! Food is here and it was good, it wasnt hot its warm ( but I prefer hot) if my wife was here she would have sent it back! The only thing I didnt like was the sour cream on the omelette. I finally got the name of my server, when I look @ my bill! Overall, for a Thursday morning and a person who isnt form Cleveland, I have to say that First Watch is ok to eat at! The Only thing Please bring the food out a lot hotter! From DTT Milton " The BusDriver "

The service is terrible! I went with my mother yesterday. We were seated and then....nothing. No one came to our table. I had to get up and ask the hostess for someone to take our order. Once someone did, our coffee pot was out of coffee after 1 cup, so I had to flag down the waitress and ask her. Then, she walked out with THREE pots of coffee and did not give our table one. I had to find the manager and ask him, and he said "you waitress probably got distracted by something shiny." NOT OKAY. Her name was Michelle, if you get seated in her spot, ask to be moved. I didnt feel bad not leaving her a tip.

My family and I frequent this location when we are in town. Its usually been a pleasant experience. However, our most recent visit left us uneasy and queasy. The four of us experienced food poisoning from either the water or the chocolate muffins. We called to speak with management; the manager was not accommodating or understanding of our dissatisfaction and consternation. Please consider this review and the risks you may face if the food is not prepared well.

The food was OK if non-descript and a bit bland. I like the focus on healthy options (though their idea of healthy isnt mine - some of their healthy dishes I might as well eat a big Mac) but my complaint was the fact my food came out 10 minutes late and then the host threw my credit card away and then argued with me that he gave it back - as Im standing there watching him do it. If you like first watch youll still like it but as for me my money can go else where.

Eh... We tried three things on their brunch menu. All of the dishes were extremely attractive and "instagram-worthy" and the portions were huge. But the food had no flavor, imagination, or love. Incredibly mediocre food. The restaurant is clean and chic and the staff is friendly—if not a little spacey—so its a great place to take friends that dont mind dishing out over $10 for a gorgeous plate of depressing food.

Very disappointed! The manager and lady working the register were sooo rude! The wait was over 40 mins and the coffee was empty the entire time. I asked 3 times for it to be filled and they didnt. Finally the 3rd time a half hour later the lady brought out one of the pots for the table. It was so rude and the food was overcooked. The waitress was really great though.

Saturday early afternoon visit for brunch. Service was quick and very pleasant (always good when my daughters even say this). Its a nice location in Crocker Park thats well lit with lots of windows. Its nice to have so many fresh options, and the dishes were well thought out. Food wasnt out of this world, but nonetheless very good.

Great place to go for brunch. Super friendly staff are extremely attentive. I had the roast beef sandwich, which came with soup. Didnt need it all. Would have been fine with just half a sandwhich and soup.

I LOVE the food! Absolutely hands down my favorite place to grab breakfast or brunch. If you are looking for something different, order one of their specials. You wont be disappointed. So good!

We love First Watch. We usually go once a week. The staff treat us like family. We love them all. The food is great too. I have tried just about everything on the menu. Wonderful..

Been going here for a while not. Theyve definitely improved. New renovations as well as recent staff and menu changed have greatly enhanced my dining experience.

Our server Lea was absolutely wonderful. She suggest quinoa pancakes with lemon and blueberry. The turkey sausage was cold and the GM avoided my inquires.

Great food and good service, although the wait can be long, so I recommend using the No Wait app in order to reserve a table.

Its Sunday morning, 50 minute wait. The breakfast is pretty average, nothing special. But would probably come again.

Amazing food and speedy service. Only down side is the wait for a table sometimes depending on how busy they are.
