My experience on 7-30-17 I was greeted immediately by a hostess, Deanna, who was very friendly and polite. She promptly seated us and we were immediately waited on by our waitress, Genny, who was also very friendly and helpful. They also gave my daughter a couple of Crayons and a place mat with puzzles and stuff to draw and color. I ordered unsweetened ice tea and my daughter ordered a Sprite. They feature a very nice childrens menu that has pictures of each meal. My daughter quickly picked mac & cheese and broccoli. I ordered a country fried steak, mashed potatoes, and banana bread. The food came relatively quick and was hot and fresh. My daughter enjoyed her meal and I did also. I really enjoyed the banana bread. The waitress did a excellent job of checking on us and meeting our needs. The prices are very fair, the kids meals are 4.49 each and include a drink for children 12 and under. My meal was only $6.99. We ate for under $15 plus tip. When we left Deanna greeted us at the cash register and asked us if we would like something from the bakery. I paid our bill and we were on our way. The grounds are well kept and the parking lot in very good condition. Restaurant could use new carpet, but other than that, it is nice looking and fairly clean. The excellent customer service is what stood out to me. My rating is based on how this establishment compares to other establishments within the same category, industry, or business model.

The cashier was extremely rude. She seemed to hate her job and it showed. Heres what happened, I wanted to use a coupon and I guess the coupons were date based. The coupon I presented first was not good until Jan 7, so I had to use a different one. I left other coupons at the table, but she kept pushing me to check out. I just said fine ring me out. After I found the coupon that was valid I asked the manager to adjust my bill. That cashier kept looking at me with a nasty look on her face. What a nasty, mean and disgusting person. I follow one rule, places that I spend my money at have one chance, if they fail, I dont go back......

We were traveling back to Indianapolis from a volleyball tourney in Cleveland. It had been a long day with little food and we needed to eat. Saw the Bob Evans and wanted a good meal. We did not knowant they closed at 9. We walked in at 5 till. The manager was very kind and told us it was fine, and seated us. Our waitress was fantastic! We hate being "those people". Thank you for the great good and service these weary travelers are very appreciative! Super food, and better service!

I ordered from their web ordering system just before 7:00pm, and it had a scheduled "done" time of 7:20pm. I showed up at 7:25pm, and I was told it would be ready "in a minute." I got my food and was out the door promptly at 8:08pm. This inattention to detail on take-out orders has convinced me to never come back to this store. If you are in the area, I seriously recommend you go to the Wadsworth location.

Reasonably priced food that is consistent across stores in this chain. Its better than fast food, but still high in calories. There used to be a healthy/lower calorie option highlighted in the menu, but didnt see it here. Food tastes good but the wait can be lengthy - plan on an hour, even for lunch. Easy highway access and close to local shopping make this a good stop.

You can never get a bad meal at Bob Evans, but they all need to remove that nasty disgusting carpeting out of the restaurant. It almost turns your stomach and that makes you want to eat the delicious food that they serve. Its not just this Bob Evans its all of them. REMOVE IT PLEASE!!!!

Nice atmosphere.. I LOVE how is near a truck stop.. I wish more bob Evans restaurants was near truck stops. We drivers would love to come here. Too many truck stops are going to fast food. And we drivers rather have a place like bob Evans.. like to see it in truck stops if possible

First time i had been to this chain restaurant. It was pretty good. I think the best part was when I ordered a side of fruit, it was fresh fruit. Not that canned funny tasting stuff other places have. The sausages were pretty tasty and so were the biscuits. Would come back.

Bob Evans has their own coffee brand - and its good! We stopped for breakfast as part of a road trip. The food was tasty, the service was attentive, the restaurant was clean and we were in and out quickly. Access from the highway was particularly easy.

Dont know why we keep going there service is continously poor. Everytime orders are messed up or forgotten about. I understand its hard to find good help these days but worst place to go. Otherwise food is good just dont go to Burbank service horrible.

Love Love Love Bob Evans, great food, friendly service, prices are fair & for the quality, very reasonable, they realllly cook and it shows in the menu selection! Family friendly, not too upscale, just lots of comfort food, whats not to like : )

We visited our first Bob Evans while having to spend the weekend at the Pilot Truck Stop. Our weekend wasnt so unbearable because we enjoyed an awesome breakfast, lunch and dinner at Bob Evans. The staff is friendly,great food,great service!

We ate breakfast there and you get nothing! ! For family of three over 25.00. Thats why I dont eat breakfast there. But since our favorite place was closed, where you get a heaping amount of great food and pay less then 20 bucks!!

Server was real and personable. The other girls in the back and on the register were not and not very pleasant. Thats alright though because hes the one getting the big tip and theyre getting nothing.
