I love this place to be honest. Im not saying that just for the hell of it either. Other places similar to this one are pretty good, I cant complain, but this one just its better in all factors. The food is delicious and its always been fresh and hot right out of the kitchen. Whats also worth mentioning is all the combinations they have, all efforts so you spend less and enjoy more. The service is also impeccable. The employees are lively and always kind. I was offered a free drink twice now because my lack of funds and because they didnt wish to see their customer not enjoy their meals to the fullest. Id give it 6 out of 5 if I could, definitely recommend.

Very upset New China Kitchen one staff. Order small barbecue spare ribs normally I get small white rice. I was advised today that small white rice did not came with my order. So I asked the change order so I can get small white rice. But staff refuse to do that. Plus they want to up charge for the rice on my debit card. So they refused to refund me my money back. So had to walk out in the rain and got soaked wet. I have been come in there for the last 3 years with no problem. As of this day forward I will not come back to China Chicken ever again.

Zero Stars, really...The quality of the food has gone downhill and landed in a pile of crap. On top of that, they always screw up our order! And the funny thing is, they always screw it up by giving you something worth far less than you payed for...It almost seems intentional. I tried telling myself it was just a bad day for them, but it happens every time now. I will never eat there again and I would recommend you stay away!!!

I ordered from this place online. Went to pick up my food and they forgot about it. Made me wait 40 mins for my order. When I finally got it, I got home and they forgot one of the meals I paid for. I called them and they wouldnt even refund the money for a meal I never received. Worst customer service of any restaurant I have ever been to. Will never give them one cent of my money.

When I first moved here, three years ago, this place wasnt bad. Now its pretty awful. Dont know if theyre struggling or just incompetent now but the quality of their ingredients has slid to near dumpster diving level. Very little meat in dishes that should have at least some, though they might be doing you a favor? Grease spilling out of egg rolls... Needs new management.

Food is fine, but check your food before you leave. They only give you want was missing or wrong and expect you to eat cold food. They also dont honor their own word. Call the store to figure out what could be done to fix it, the person on the phone said they would replace it. Got to the store and they denied ever saying that and refused to honor their own word.

I really enjoy this restaurant!! The lady up front is very nice and attentive to my order. Never really had an issue. I mainly always order the shrimp fried rice or an order with up to 5 dishes and I always have gotten it in under 30 minutes or less. Fresh, hot, and steamy. Ive been a customer since opening day and I plan on being a customer for much longer.

Im really surprised by the bad reviews this place has! I get the same order all the time, Orange Chicken lunch and a can of Pepsi($6.74), and have never had a problem. The food is great and everything taste buttery and loaded with flavor. They have the best Chinese food in the area.They never make me wait more than 15 minutes here.

I always try to avoid this place, but sometimes i really want chinese without the long drive. Every time i go i get a surprise in my food. Either the rice is under cooked or i get mushrooms in something that it shouldnt be in. Being that i am also allergic to fungus. Makes the meal unedible for me and a waste of money.

Most places you order house fried rice you get some veggies and they load you up on the meat. We had to look real hard for any meat and very little veggies. The same thing on the house lo main. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Dont waste your time or money!

Avoid this place! I ordered a dish that had spoiled chicken in it. Im not talking it didnt taste good. It was rotted chicken that is obvious to any cook if they inspected their product.
