They werent busy and a new customer waited 4-5 minutes as the girl waiting to set orders out must have thought he was standing there for his health. She had waited on me so I know it would have been in her job description to wait on him. I waited for my order so I thought that was okay because I like my food HOT. Wrong, after it was ready she asked someone to make our shakes. Food wasnt hot plus our fish sandwich was so dry it was difficult to enjoy. I couldnt decide if the bun was old or just not enough sauce. This was the second time I had told my husband i preferred not going there believe me I will not go there again. One time we got the totally wrong order and had left there so was not convenient to return. That food was also dry and difficult to get down.

Being from the area I have been eating from the other fast food restaurants and when Burger King came I was delighted! Usually going through drive thru you get a non enthusiastic worker but I was surprised when I pulled up to Burger King and the girl taking my order sounded happy to be at work! Not only was customer service on par but my food was incredible i ordered a bacon king and it was delicious !!! For a new location they really have their stuff together!!!

I have been there twice since they opened..1st time they didnt put the nuggets for my Brice in the bag..They were paid for..And the second time I had gotten very sick..Some sort of food poison...I didnt think it was BK until talking to a friend and and found out that they ate there in the evening and the following morning of the same day I ate there..Her young daughter also had gotten sick..Pretty disappointing for a brand new restaraunt..

RUDE!!! How can you be a manager and not acknowledge that there is people standing at the counter?!?! My child stood at the counter for 10 minutes and was ignored!!! I walked up and someone immediately spoke to me... Just because she is a child does NOT make her any less important than an adult!!!! Shame on yall

This was the best Burger King I have ever visited so clean their staff was so exceptional the Whopper was exceptional the french fries were hot very very good if you are in this area do not I repeat do not pass up a great and wonderful meal here at this Burger King

The customer service was incredible!! Ive been through the drive thru multiple times and have gotten the best attitude Ive seen in a long time! My food is always ready when I get to the window and you can tell the food is fresh!! Definitely coming back!!!

They were too busy too clean the tables. This was a direct quote from the manager. Shame because this was my first stop in a Burger King in years, and it was a newly remodeled nice looking restaurant. Food was good, but the first part very dismaying.

Ive never met a more rude manager. Workers attitude include snobby post remarks. Oh and dont order the chicken fries theyre always soggy. Such a shame Bushnell needed clean and friendly diners and ends up with a disgusting and unmanaged burger place.

Nice new BK. Ordered Mushroom Bacon Swiss burger from menu, yet it was discontinued. Ordered my meal large, was then asked if it was alright to give me a medium cup, because they were out of large cups. No cups for condiments, ketchup empty.

Everytime I go to Burger King they mess up my order. Usually its something small but today they didnt even put my kids cheeseburgers in their bags. 3 kids meals and not one Burger in any of the bags.

Been here 6 times. The lobby area is always dirty, drink area is dirty and usually out of cups, ice or something. Such an attractive place and good location but service is dysfunctional. Too bad.
