Got food with people from work and had it brought back. The brown rice was undercooked, and then there was the mess with chips. Half of my bag and a coworkers bag were overly salted and the bottom half of our bags were stale. Another coworker had chips that had way too much lime. The last coworkers chips were just corn and oil. The steak in my burrito was half gristle and in a big ball in the middle. Not what I have come to expect from Chipotle. They tried to give us the wrong order to begin with. They put fajita veggies on a bowl of someone who was allergic to peppers. What a mess this store is.

This chipotle is probably the slowest one Ive ever been to. There is always constant chit chat between the employees about work issues and rarely is someone not standing around. Its almost as if everyone is always in training mode and not moving quickly because they dont really know what theyre doing. Most chipotles make burritos very quickly while this one you are guaranteed to stand there for a while even if the line is short.

I use to love going to this location but since the crisis things have have changed for the worst. Portions have gotten smaller, we skimp on rice when I dont order beans? Paying for extra chicken looks like an order and a have and the chicken tastes like its been sitting to long on the line. I know Chipotle has had major problems but dont drive away your remaining customers!!!

Last I checked meat for burritos is not supposed to be cold! I have to also comment that the toppings options are lacking. The workers were chatting and making jokes while I was attempting to order. The burrito I had was cold right off the table. I actually threw half of my food away and left, because the food was mediocre at best. This location is not very good.

4 out of 5 times I visit, I get good service. Its just that the service is inconsistent. Today, I thought I got guacamole, instead I got sliced avocado. It also tasted really bad... Furthermore, the chicken was super plain than usual. I had Chipotle just lastnight, it was great then. Today is a bad day, a really bad one...

Solid Chipotle location. They are used to crowds and they tend to move people through pretty quickly. With the ever decreasing (it seems) parking at Crocker Park, it can be tough to get a spot. If you do find something, things move pretty well after that. Good seating options inside. Overall, a very solid option.

Gross, dirty and not worth ever eatting again. I paid the price for 5 days as my gastrointestinal system had diarrhea gas and bloating. This place is ran like a hell hole. Dont believe me look at their stock over the last two years. Go to Joes in Rocky River for real food done right

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. It was not busy at all, and everything table is messy, countless employees playing around and laughing behind the counter, the coke and sprite machines were empty, and there were no salt or utensils available. Will NEVER come back.

People didnt know how to properly make a quesadilla/burrito. Extremely slow and I was one of 3 people in line. Asked for my burrito mixed up and the kid didnt bother even tho he clearly heard me. Will not go to the Westlake Chipotle anymore, off to the lakewood/river one

Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location. I live 3 minutes away, but I purposely drive farther to go to North Olmsted, Avon, or Rocky River locations. The personnel here are nice, but every time I go to this one, they skimp on everything.

They reaaaaaaaally need more people to work here. Sloooooooooooooooooooooooooooow service specially on weekends. I was there 20 minutes on Saturday just waiting to get my stuff. They are not well organized

Dont go when busy. Staff seems to get sloppy. Most of them give you the impression that they dont want to be there. This Chipotle needs to be seriously reviewed by owners.
