I used to love the Panda but since the remodel the food is terrible, bland, and undercooked. We only ate a few pieces of food from our plates and asked for the manager. Once she came over we explained to her that the food was not cooked all the way and some of it was overcooked. My friend had the mussels and we showed her the were under cooked. She said she would go get the new owner. She came back and said they would give us 50% off our bill. I said for what we didnt eat anything. So then the owner finally came over and once again we explained the situation. She than began arguing with us and went into the kitchen and got the cook who came out and said the food was fine they just changed their recipes. I told the owner if they would have told me on the phone that the recipes were different we would have not come in. She then said that the cook never said. Then she had the nerve to ask the table next to us how their mussels were while we where still sitting there. So finally after about 30 minutes of back and forth we paid for our drinks and she said next time you come in maybe you should try the Mongolian grill instead. I said there will not be a next time we are not coming back and if you want to know if the mussels were cooked go back to our table and put one in your mouth and tell me their cooked. Then we left and we will never go back. Bad food and terrible service. If you are looking for good Chinese food I would recommend China Taste.

My family and I use to like going here every friday. The people know us and know what we liked. The food was great in the beginning, then when they went under new management things changed. The food was old and blend. Yes they do have crab legs!! But they also only have one lady that brings the food out, and she cant keep up. Seeing that we go there for crab. The lady that brings the food out, will let everyone get crab then put whats left for myself and others that have been waiting to pick over. I believe thats rude and disrespectful. Everyone goes for the crab, then bring more out not just six legs to 20 people. Like I said my family and I liked going here, now that I see how they really are. We will NEVER go back!!!

I went there about a month ago with the family. I only tried the already made food but it was horrible. Im not writing it to be mean to anyone but I use reviews myself to help me find places to eat, especially that we just moved in the area recently. Ive eaten in different buffets but this one is def one of the worst ones Ive been to. Even the crab legs were disappointment especially dipped in a margarine, sushi was warm. Muscles were OK and shrimps as well werent too bad, but 2 dishes out of so many dont make me want to go back there again. I love raw oysters and I saw few of them on the tray without ice, didnt dare to try them and they set there the whole time we were there. So no more Panda for us.

I went into this restaurant while visitng my eye doctor today. This is the worse place I have been, the place was busy but the food was 3rd rate, also they advertise that they have all kinds of sushi. I wanted nigiri sushi, they told me they didnt serve that until dinner that the lunch buffet was to cheap to serve it, all the chinese restaurants in Pensacola serve it for lunch, the sushi chef said you have to come back at dinner and pay a higher price. Complete waste of time, the rest of the food was just so so, I ate mostly vegetable and left. I would never go back to this place.

Large selection from multiple buffets. Fresh sushi. A little different than what I am used to from the stand point that there is an empty bowl on every table for you to scrape your plate into of the food that you dont eat. Signs are posted at the booths , and the buffets that they will charge you an extra 3.99 for any wasted food... So, make sure you eat what you put on your plate. The buffet was priced a little high, so make sure you are really hungry when you go there.

We stumbled onto this restaurant and were very pleased. We ate there twice while in the area. There were many wonderful choices on the buffet. The hostess was kind and had remembered us from 2 days earlier. We had a difficult time finding reasonably priced restaurants in this area. There were 9 family members traveling together and this was a pleasant break to our pocketbooks. Lunch price much less than dinner.

First you walk in & the place stinks like rotten seafood. Food has no taste. Dirty...sticky floor & tables. Silverwear is old & dirty. Live & dead roaches near food area......really bad experience. Will NEVER step foot in that place again. Food inspectors should get in there......

A few of the typical Chinese food items were good, but the rest was bad. Sushi was hand made but not with fresh ingredients. Kimchi was bland and the dumpling/gyoza/yaki mondu was not good.

Not a bad place crabs where fresh they can t keep up with getting the crab out. Service is lacking I think it gets worse when they want you to go. Ribs where good for a Chinese joint.

This restaurant no longer exist although, there is a new restaurant called Ocean Buffet. And I can say they have various of Chinese dishes. We were satisfied with service and food!

We did not eat. We stopped to check the food and price out. The food looked really good, however we noticed a few flies on the buffet landing on the food.

Yeah, agree with william. Lunch sushi was cheap and terrible selection. Wont go back and just moved here. Dont advertise for things you wont putt out.

There are too cheap to even fix there roof but can afored new chairs and tables. Food tasted funny was old before they cooked it
