I have always loved KFC. But the black people there in the Gallatin KFC are prejudice. I love everyone and I am a very kind person to everyone. I spent $25 there and bought a to-go bucket of chicken with the trimmings. I was looking forward to enjoying the food and sharing with my husband. We drove 3 miles home and opened our bag of goodies. The chicken was barely warm and the buscuits were thrown in the box and mashed and the raw dough was oozing and stuck to the side of the little box they were in. My feelings were hurt and I cant sleep for thinking about how some black people just hate white people. Its a sad society that we have to live in. Everyone should love each other and be kind to one another. I will not bother to come back to your store and be treated like that again.

I got take out from this location for dinner. I walked in to order because the drive thru was backed up. The buffet bar was absolutely disgusting. It looked like it hadnt been cleaned all day and the potatos and gravy were both crusted over. Our take out was okay except for the chicken tenders, which were paper thin, way overcooked and inedible. We threw them away. The only reason Im not giving one star is because the regular dried chicken was okay. I recommend going somewhere else or a different KDC location if possible.

If I could give only a partial star, I would. This location doesnt even deserve one whole star. We are fairly new to the area and have been to this KFC three times. Each time the service has been bad. Tonight was our last visit. It took upwards of 20 minutes to get our food for carry out and they forgot our biscuits. I guess you have to be dating one of the high school employees in order to get decent service.

You expect $15 an hour to fry chicken? All we wanted was our food to be right and in a timely manner. You forget to give us our change, took 10 mins to get it back to us, forgot to give us our drink, then cocked a bratty little attitude towards us. Dont eat at this waste of money. The food wasnt even worth it. I work my ass off all day, 6 days a week as a technician. Tell me how you deserve $15 an hour?

Worst drive thru customer service Ive ever received. Was rushed to order ordered a total of 8 sides no sporks or napkins. When we asked for them they shut the window in my wifes face. I can tell why they have dropped most of there menu..... definitely will be going to bogangles or Popeyes.this poor serivce will put at minimum this location out of business

Just posted a picture of the grilled chicken they had the nerve to sell me yesterday, #25. It was a 12 pc. Bucket. I could fit 1/2 of the chicken on the bucket lid. Does it look like the grilled chicken they show on their website? 12 pieces didnt even fill the bucket up 1/2 way. So disgusted. And these people want $15.00 /hr. Insane.

Visited 11/19 around 5:00 pm, Bathrooms were disgusting, no towels to wipe hands, makes you wonder if employees wash theirs. Went out and asked for towels and the cashier acted like he didnt understand what I was asking for with dripping wet hands. Tables and floors were very dirty and slick. Health inspector should check in.

My experience was similar to another review here. WORST drive thru customer service ive ever experienced. Very rushed and rude even though there was only ONE other car behind me and business was overall slow here the whole time I ate. i will not be back. Too many other drive thru options to be dealing with this.

I dont live in Gallatin, but every time Im there, I always eat at the KFC Buffet, and Im always pleased by the set-up - even more when they have chicken livers, my favorite. I have a good meal every single time. I really recommend it.

I really had a bad experience. There wasnt chicken of any kind. No biscuits, and no sweet tea. Prices are not bad. Staff was okay. The place was a mess in the drink area. I cant think of something good about this place.

I enjoy the buffet and the food is what you would expect, but often it seems they have trouble keeping the buffet supplied. No, its not because of just me enjoying too much. Maybe its the times I visit are busier.

My order wasnt complete, didnt realize it until I was home. I live 20 miles away. The size of the chicken pieces in what I ordered was really small. Could have passed for pigeon. I wont be back there for a while.
