I stopped in here to get a bucket of chicken to take home for dinner. The cleanliness, inside and out was offending! Inside: dirty tables, overflowing trash cans, flies all over the buffet, broken drink fountain and employees going from money handling to food handling w/o washing hands. Outside the lot was filthy and sticky trash leak-stains from the doorway to the trash can. Who knows what goes on behind the counter during food prep.!?!?!? I had to leave w/o ANY food before I lost appetite. Later, at home on the internet, I found several repeat county health code violation at this establishment...imagine that! The Colonel is rolling over in his grave as this place is a disgrace to the brand! I think YUM! Brands needs to change to YUK!

I went because I had a gift card with $9.34 left and when I got to the drive up window she demanded another form of payment because the gift card declined. I argued with her and said I just checked the card and I know there is money on it but she refused to swipe the card to check it again. So I decided to go inside (where of course the same girl helped me) and she had me swipe to check the balance.... what do you know the machine recognized the card had $9.34!! And she just had me spend cash that I didnt have. She didnt have anything to say... no apology...she just sat there and argued with me.

Wanted to order the Doublicious combo meal at 7:45 pm on a Friday night. The store closes at 10 pm and was told that they were not fixing anymore sandwiches that night. They said they didnt want to fry any more chicken for the sandwich I wanted. You are open for 2 1/4 hours and cant cook more food? Decided not to get any of the leftover food they were willing to serve and went to Subway! Better choice! Will not visit this location anymore and will be hesitant to go to any other location.

Worst Mac and cheese that I have tasted at a restaurant. The cheese in it was nasty. Surely KFC can come up with a better Mac and cheese. It might help if they used real cheese. I ordered a chicken sandwich and asked for mustard or Mayo. The man behind the counter told that they dont carry condiments like that. Come on KFC you can do better than this. I will not be coming back to this restaurant!

The girl who took my order was very nice but when I got the food it was so awful I couldnt even eat half of it. The chicken looked undercooked and all the contents in my famous bowl seemed undercooked also. The only thing I could eat was their potato wedges which was delicious. I would give Customer service a rating of 4 and food 0. I like Plainfield location better.

last 2 times we ordered family bucket meal very dissapointed! Chicken greasy almost like it wasnt even cooked right, breading just fell off and to beat that our biscuits were smashed on the top of the chicken not even wrapped and yuck!! For the price it should be way better..At least we enjoyed the slaw and greenbeans

We just waited 24 minutes for a chicken sandwich, which we were told ahead of time would take 6 minutes to cook and agreed to wait for it. 24 minutes is an absolutely ridiculous amt of time to wait for a sandwich with an empty dining room and an empty drive thru.

On multiple occasions weve been here and they never have more than 1 or 2 legs made. Every time weve tried to say something, the folks working just laugh and blame the shift before them. Hows a chicken restaurant run out of chicken?!?

One of the few KFCs that still have chicken livers and gizzards. Plus they still have an awesome buffet for both lunch and dinner. Because of all that, this KFC is much better than the one in Brownsburg.
