Smelled STRONGLY of urine. My husband and I were in from out of state and found the restaurant empty and the service lacking (the girl who "greeted" us at the door was eating and reading the paper). I couldnt get past the overwhelming smell of urine and we decided to grab desert and go (since we were the only ones there, we felt odd just leaving). My husband ordered banana cream pie--this was a gray-yellow color and bland. I ordered the chocolate chip sundae... only to discover they were out of cookies at 2:00 in the afternoon. Got the brownie sundae instead--little ice cream, too much whipped cream, and too much chocolate in the brownie--bad item. The only half decent thing we got was the cherry lemonade. Dont go unless you cant smell or taste anything... We were disgusted the rest of the day and couldnt even talk about food for several hours, despite the fact we were starving when we went in!!!

Went for a late dinner at around 8ish. Ordered fish n chips and the classic burger, waited until 8.30 when the waitress asked what we ordered. Got a salat "for free" (its included in my meal anyway) and instead of French dressing, we got ranch dressing. Restaurant was almost empty, four other tables were seated. Food was O.K., fries tasted a little too crispy like they were laying around for a while. While we were eating, I assume it was the manager, he was walking along the tables THE WHOLE TIME which kind of drove me crazy. Then they started vacuuming while people were still eating and we also got the check while we were still working on our food. Ever heard of manners? It wasnt bad but I didnt feel appreciated as a guest and would thus not come back again.

Not a good experience. We were seated near the doorway to the restroom and the whole time I could not get over the Urine smell- it was so strong. Poor service and understaffed- waitress was not around to take our drink orders, never checked on us once we got our food, took 45 minutes to get our food (a salad and some pancakes), and then took a long time to get our check after we were done eating since our waitress was hardly ever seen. Hostess tried to help out but was also eating a meal at the same time at a table in the dining room. We visited about 8:20 on a Friday night. We live out of town and were visiting for vacation. I have eaten at several Perkins in the past but am glad I do not live near this one. Go down the road to Dennys.

We ordered catering service for 15 people through Perkins on Tuesday, 2/28 for Employee Appreciation Day. I spoke with Kitty, the General Manager. She was more than happy to help me set it up. We ordered biscuits with gravy sausage, eggs, bacon and breakfast potatoes. She rang it up and then gave me a discount for the large order. We ask to have it ready at 7:15 Friday morning, this morning, and they time it perfectly as they were finishing it when we arrived so we would have a fresh breakfast. The woman, Cheryl, who rang us up when we got there was very professional and courteous. We will use them again for catering!

The food here is awful. Ive been only a couple times and the only food that I consider worth spending money on are the baked goods. The pies are scrumptious, but they need to work a bit better on the meals. Plus, service was slow. I waited about 15min or so for someone to help me...and when I was finally helped, the server wasnt sure if she was even assigned to my table or not...my meal was free, but the pancakes were slightly burned, the sausages seemed undone, and the eggs tasted funny...I honestly felt sick to my stomach. Never eating here again unless its to get the pies.

Service is horrible. Waited 30 min in lobby with lots of open seats. Hostess had waitresses upset because she couldnt seat fast enough. Our waitress Donielle was reluctant to take our food order and drink order at same time. Waited another 30 min for food that never showed up. We just left and went somewhere else. Manager was hiding in the back or something, was no where to be found. Watched another guy sit at table who finally had to ask around about who his waitress was.

Service was fairly decent. I think they must have been short-staffed. We were there around 2:30 pm, so it wasnt busy. But, there were many empty tables that hadnt been bussed yet. The place smelled horrible. That moldy, mildew smell. It was rank. Probably need to replace the carpet. Really, the only redemption was that the food was good for this type of establishment. Im classifying this in with the likes of Dennys, Bakers Square, etc.

Its a retire restaurant. Lots of great hair folks hours here. Breakfast is good for the price. Its the right amount. Fruits are sometime not fresh. Like I had sometime strawberry with soft and dark spots on them. Stuff is friendly and made up for any concern I addressed. Take a small pullover with you, the place is always over cooled.

I like this restaurant; the food is good comfort food, but the service here is always very slow. Went at 11am & had to wait to be seated as the hostess is also the cashier & someone was paying. The server was a little scattered on this visit, mixing up our tables requests with another table.

The staff were very kind and courteous, constantly asking but not in an intrusive way if we needed anything. The prices were fair but the food was filling because the proportions are large. Unfortunately I no longer live in the area but if I did I would return

Good parking, can usually get seated and waited on promptly and the food is good once you get it. The pastries are great. Get that first so you have something to do while you wait for your order. The kitchen is s-l-o-w

Had a really good breakfast here while on vacation. Eggs cooked perfectly, wife had brioche french toast which she loved. Place was clean, food was good, and it was reasonably priced.

I like that they redecorated but unfortunately the service is really slow... I hate lukewarm food on a plate too hot to touch... The pancakes arent as good as they used to be.
