Worst customer service ever just after walking in the door at 11pm! Apparently 2 middle class adults cant ask to sit at a different table within same dining area as 10 other customers, without getting major attitude from the older bald busser. Host said it was fine, but the busser came over, said it was not fine, until the host told him it was OK, but busser complained right in front of us, stating he just cleaned that table. I asked if it was seriously a problem that we sit at a table that he just cleaned & he rudely said "No, I guess not." I sat & watched him storm off giving us a dirty look & decided there was no way I was going to chance anything happening to our food, after being treated with such disrespect, just asking to sit at different table. We walked out & will NEVER return!

Always a good inexpensive better-than-diner-food meal! From breakfast that you can order at any time of day to their burgers, melts and milk shakes to their themed specials that are ever changing, wraps, seafood, timeless classics, pasta and more. Perkins has plenty of salads to choose from for the healthy eater too. Seniors can eat a nice meal at a great price as well since they always have specials for them. If you ever need a "homemade" creme pie, fruit pie, cookies or muffins, Perkins also offers a wide variety for any occasion!

OMG SLOW KITCHEN We love the pancakes, but plan on spending an hour waiting for your food. First time February 17 manager finally came out to apologize. Second time March 17 waitress warned us, food is very slow coming out of kitchen. We didnt wait, went to Waffle House, food in 5 minutes. Beware the Bonita Springs location. Note to manager - Hire new cook-

If you are travelling, do NOT stop here. It was 15 minutes before the waitress addressed our presence. Still another 10 minutes and NOBODY has drinks in our area. So, that means after waiting 10 minutes to be seated, we are up to 35 minutes without COFFEE.. not good, not good at all. I hope the food is worth it.

Turkey and dressing. Great!! For a senior menu there was plenty of turkey and dressing. Asked for extra cranberry sauce and was not disappointed. Started with a salad and it crunched like it came out of the garden. Great meal and waitress came by every 5 minutes or so. Cant ask for more!!! Thanks Perkins.

My experience at Perkins on Christmas Day was remarkable even though my order to go. Jeff the manager took my order continue to check on it very friendly man.He also greeted me as I walked in and on my wait out and wish me merry Christmas Service was served with a smile.Best manager ever.

two stars cuz im sitting down here waiting for 30 min for someone to take my order afte a 15 min wait for my drinks order and its been 20 since my order was taken and no appetizer yet and waitresses are dead slow they walk like there 80 years old

A party of 6. We waited at least 15 minutes to be seated before we decided to leave and go eat elsewhere. I had only counted 7 tables with people at them. Their excuse was they had to clear a table when in fact we could see several open tables.

We walked in to Perkins and one waitress! Got seated after 15 minutes . The Manager brought us drinks. Said waitress would be here shortly. Never showed up! I told the Manager and she took the order ! We have been here over an hour! Unreal!!!

I visited this place 2x in the week I was vacationing. I wasnt impressed with the food. Although there are quite a few odd selections, like Bacon pancakes which were pretty good. I did not try their desserts which all looked amazing.

Me and my wife drove by and saw the two for 20 deal advertised and we decided to stop. I must say we were amazed at all the food we got for that price. Service was great. We will definitely be returning.

Friendly staff but extremely slow service. (2:30pm lunch). Incorrect order. (Twice.) Would not return. Try going to the Perkins in Estero. Prompt service, friendly staff. Never have had an issue there.
