July 2017 Came here on a date with my girlfriend, and we got Steven B., as our server and he was excellent. Really knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. The burger was excellent and cooked medium well, just the way I had requested. I had the Triple Mushroom Burger this time and I really enjoyed it. Much better experience this time, and Im upping the star count. Thank you. May of 2016: Stopped here to meet a couple of friends before work. I ordered the Rise and Shine Burger with fries and a sweet tea. The burger was tasty, albeit greasy; The bottom bun was soaked. French Fries tasted good as well. The sweet tea was weird. I dont know how else to describe it. It tasted sweet but had the consistency of chocolate milk. When I first took a sip I thought it was chocolate milk. It wasnt bad tasting. It just wasnt what Im used to. As far as the service goes, we got a polite gentleman, but I think he was new, or they had a call out or something. It was busy, however when the manager had to come out and start apologizing to 3 of the guys tables for the long wait, including ours, we figured something was up. We didnt complain. Cant speak for the table next to ours as the manager had to take care of them for the duration about 10 minutes into them sitting down. To summarize my bad marks on the service: forgot my sweet tea. Forgot my friends baked beans. Friend also ordered sweet potato fries and was given regular fries. He also wasnt on top of getting our refills as my friends had to both sit with empty glasses for about 10 minutes. The atmosphere and the taste of the food managed to get a few stars out of me. I work in customer service, so Ill chalk it up to being understaffed, a call out, or the waiter being completely raw.

Went into the Fort Myers location of Square 1 Burgers about an hour ago today (Nov. 16, 2013) to grab a bite to eat. I sat alone at the bar. While passing by the bartender (a dark haired female probably in her twenties) told me that she would be right with me. I waited patiently. Upon coming back to the bar she asked what I would like to drink. I asked if she had any drink specials. Seeing a bottle of Titos in the well I started to ask for a Titos and...suddenly I was cut off. She asked me my name. I told her (thinking that she had remembered me from another night when I had dined with my boyfriend in the bar and she had talked to us almost exclusively since there were few other customers in the bar). I was wrong...she instead accused me (in front of other customers) of not paying my tab the last time I was at the restaurant. I was humiliated...and let me clarify that it is not because she was correct!!! I waited while she went to find her manager. After a few minutes I left because I was not going to eat somewhere where they would treat a customer this way. About ten minutes later, I returned to let them know how her accusation had made me feel and that it was completely unjustified! I spoke with the manager (a middle aged man with blond hair)...he was utterly unapologetic and stated that if his bartender remembered me as the person that walked out on a tab then he believed her unequivocally!!! This manager and his bartender were downright rude, not to mention slanderous!!! How is it that they feel entitled to make this accusation without the slightest shred of proof??!!!

Wow, great food. Its got a pretty unique sports bar atmosphere, casual and a bit loud, with some interesting decorations. Most of the tables are well designed to offer a bit of privacy and are reasonably comfortable. The real winner, though, is the food. Its really great. Any fan of onion rings owes it to themselves to grab a plate of them with their signature sauce. My child was given a little chocolate cookie as a gift. She enjoyed it, as most kids would, and I thought it was a nice gesture. We had some family over for our most recent visit, a rare treat, and the servers took notice and gave us a complementary appetizer. Cancer isnt an easy battle to fight, so kindness like that makes it more bearable. Service was prompt, efficient, and friendly. I will be returning as soon as I can.

BLOWN AWAY! If I could give ten stars I would. Ive been serving for over seven years; Im very familiar with restaurant service and etiquette. I can honestly say this was the best service Ive ever received all around. We were Greeted by multiple people right as we walked in the door, and our servers were unbelievable. The manager even walked by to chat and heard it was our first visit, and she handed us a coupon for next time we come in. We felt like the only people in the restaurant. I was truly blown away by every staff member there. Wow, I wish we lived down there because wed be back every week! Oh, the food, right. That was just the cherry in top! Food was phenomenal. Onion rings are a must! Thank you guys for ending our vacation with the best possible experience! We will be back!

Absolutely terrible! My burger was completely raw, and when I sent it back to get a new one the taste was terrible. There was a plastic bag in my boyfriends broccoli, i Dont know how that happened , absolutely distrusting. Also I asked for BBQ sauce on the side and they smothered my burger with it instead of putting it on the side. Worst experience Ive ever had at a restaurant. They gave me my burger free because of all the trouble but we still paid for my boyfriends burger, and they gave me a coupon for next time but I will never return. The food was awful and they made disgusting "mistakes". The only good thing was the waiter was very very nice. However I would never recommend this place to anyone .

Excellent!! Food AMAZING, Atmosphere HIP & COOL, Service OUTSTANDING. Will be back again for sure. The food was all fresh ingredients and they will modify if requested without making you feel bad. The burgers are top quality. Broccoli so good. The place is decorated in red, grey, black, cow print material and crystal red chandeliers. So pretty. Cant say enough good about the customer service. Kiki was the most pleasant server. I had a long day and was tired but she cheered me up and put a smile on my face with her super positive and kind attitude. My kids LOVED this place (ages 10-14) and told me "we are definitely coming back Mom".

I love Square 1 burgers and onion rings....but the country fried steak was just horrible. Manager did offer to fix me something else but time restraints dictated eat it or leave it. It looks nothing like the picture and was burnt and the gravy was not white nor was it brown....it has ham in it. I am not sure if the dog will eat the gravy, my husband would not and he eats everything. Biscuit was toasted on the grill and it too was burnt. Will stick with their awesome burgers and rings.

ordered a cheese burger with lettuce tomato and mayo and ONIONS I got 1/2 of one ring of onion, and it seamed like no one cared, customer did not get what they ordered but still had to pay for it and tip, but WRONG order. whey did not anyone care about the wrong order NO NOT AT ALL< it was like oh well. to bad so sad. company needs to be more concerned about the qulity of the food and service and if prepared the way the customer ordered it. great piece of beef but the prep was bad.
