this visit was horrible! guy standing out side wanting food from people one gentleman gave him food . then the cashier smart mouthed a customer told her she would need to wait they were busy . french fries were cooked in old grease burgers were cut in pieces terrible. when leaving the workers were very unprofessional. one had walked to the red light. need different workers there.come on now we will never go back . usually a good visit .NOT A FULL STAR

Love the food! Anyone who is negative towards this restaurants food just doesnt like Krystals because the food is top notch for a Krystals restaurant! The staff here are very friendly however, the only downfall at this restaurant is the speed of the service. Do NOT go here if you are in a rush! Even if they have no other customers, you will be parked and will have a long wait for your food, even if its a standard order.

Honestly was the best first experience Ive ever had at a fast food restaurant. All employees worked together and I as a manager myself watch food go out the kitchen and to the customers. All while smiling. I believe a little support and all these bad reviews would be taken down. Great job Carolyn. Thanks for a wonderful experience..

Horrible.... guetto guetto.... went there and the "lady" who cleans knocked on my bathroom door, i didnt hear, but when i got out she yelled at me saying that she knocked on my door bc my kids were talking to loud.... What a horrible customer service! will necer go to this place again....

Up until this moment, I loved every single Krystal burger Ive eaten in my entire life. This location has officially changed that for me by serving me possible the most disgusting thing Ive eaten. Cold burgers, even colder cheese with stale buns. I threw the entire order in the trash can.

Its not the most modern or cleanest place fast food joint Ive been to, but we got excellent service and got checked on regularly to see if we needed anything. Definitely better service than most fast food places.
