Arrived to drive thru at 10:30pm tonight (Saturday) and website says they close at midnight. Wasnt greeted in drive thru, drove around, hours posted said they close at 11pm. Called and someone answered and said they were open but the drive thru was not working. Ordered at the window after a good 5 minutes of emoloyees giving us dirty looks. They said they were out of chicken tenders and the milkshake machine was broken. Then they started making comments about how they close soon and they were all upset. I ordered a low carb burger (lettuce wrap) because I have celiac disease and cant eat the bun. Upon getting home I found that they put my burger on a bun. So no food for me tonight. I am livid at this experience and am shocked these people acted like this at their place of employment. You are getting paid to provide a service and had 30 minutes of work left. Quite certain they lied about the drive thru being broken and all the other things they said werent available out of laziness.

I never expect much from fast food restaurants but this place is absolutely horrible. Im always very polite when dealing with people who handle my food and I stayed polite thru the entire drive thru experience. 1st off I ordered my food 1 single beer cheese bacon burger add red onions medium meal with a coke and chocolate shake which came to $12.50. It was lunch time so waiting wasnt a problem, my problem was a woman at the cash register picking at a burger and then eating it not washing her hands and doing other things in the back, the staff here are rude. So when I finally got threw the drive thru and got back to work ( Im only about a mile away) I discovered that my fries were freezing cold, I had an orange soda instead of a coke ( which is kind of my fault I should of checked) and my burger was completely wrong it was a single cheese burger with everything on it on the other hand my chocolate milkshake was pretty good. This was my first and last time EVER going to a Hardees.

I stood at the register waiting to order my food for probably a full minute listening to the cashier and the cook talking about having an orgy before the cooks wedding. The food is terrible and the hot sauce is deplorable. The food tastes like they consulted Swansons rather than an actual Mexican in regards to the flavor. Its definitely microwaved. Ive created better entrees with Old El Paso . This place sucks and I should have guessed it by the fact that they partnered with Hardees which is equally as terrible. Dont eat here; you will regret it. Even moreso after your body begins to digest it and your bowels bludgeon you from the inside. At the very least, it is edible. So, I gave it two stars.

Horrible food! Why do they allow people to smoke cigarettes?! How couldnt they get my hamburger right? No pickles, not just pickles! I asked the stupid waitress for a hamburger and specifically asked for NO pickles. So they gave me from the bottom up: bottom bun, pickles, top bun. Not even a patty! Then, on the second try they only gave me a bottom bun, ketchup, and a top bun. Then I said in my loudest what I wanted. Thats when they gave me a burnt patty! With pickles and a bottom and top bun. Thats when it had been 30 minutes of my life wasted! The Coke that I ordered was Pepsi. Words pod advice: NEVER EAT HERE!

Lady at the front desk acted like she didnt like me because of our difference in skin colour . didnt pay attention to my order had me pay for my meal , didnt give me a receipt and then just tried to give me a sandwich when I paid for a meal I didnt even get a drink . she also said they dont have curly fries . I also ordered a chicken burrito and got beef . they acted like I was lying to them but it said chicken on my receipt . after 3 times of trying to get my food they got it right . no discount no nothing for the hassle and wasted time .

there is nothing wrong with this Hardees as well as ANY other location - Hardees was the FIRST fast food chain to offer table service and their additional line of burritos are OUTSTANDING - obviously the MORON below in his review (Tony - Dec 24, 2011) of this restaurant is fabricated for its clear he OBVIOUSLY doesnt like the restaurant chain as personal hatred - ive been to this location MANY times and ALWAYS had AWESOME tasting food and GREAT service

My son and I had lunch at this location on 10/19/2016. The food was hot and fresh. The service was excellent, one nice cashier even came out to the dining room to check on guests as they were eating to ensure everything was excellent. Almost felt like a full service restaurant. Definitely the best fast food chain in Lakeland...Please build one on north and south sides of town!

Horrible, disgusting, chips were completely stale, I literally couldnt eat them. The meat in the nachos tasted funny so I just threw it all away. Hubby has a burger and I shared some of that instead, the next day we were both running to the bathroom all day and throwing up. Health Dept needs to go shoot this place down they are making people sick.

Honestly....hit n miss. Sometimes great awesome service n food. Other times just food. A little kindness n respect go a long way with both crews here. Remember that most customers mistreat these lovely souls poorly. I try to sugar up their day & they come thru with a smile when someone appreciates their work. I usually get a good meal too.

This place is freaking awesome :-) Ive been because he works nearby... And I havent been Hardees in like 20-something years but let me tell you what this place has definitely improved and change for the better... But this particular one the staff is super friendly and just great at what they do and the food is amazing :-)

Where else do you go for Easter Sunday breakfast? Wasnt crowded. But then it was Easter. Food was presented quickly! I had the cinnamon raisin biscuit. It never fails to deliver. My daughter had my other favorite - steak biscuit. We all enjoyed our breakfast. Then it was back home to fix dinner for the afternoon!

A little difficult to get in to because of construction. But the people there are always friendly. Seems like a regular spot for the locals. Plus, you cant beat the breakfast platter deal. Overall a good choice for a good reasonable bite.

The drive thru cashier was rude. Had us pull forward even though there was zero people in line. It was $16.08 for two value meals. The fries were dripping old grease and cold. The pop was watered down. NEVER would I eat here again.

Ordered a shake and large drink and 2 burgers .I was given the shake and drink stood there about 10 minutes and they had not even started my burgers. I had already paid but I left anyway without my burgers or refund.

Ordered 2 chili cheese dogs they were heavily salted and cold. Fries was extremely cold and this was during a slow period. Also the employee wiped her mouth with hand and then got my fries. Yuk
