This place was gross. It was like a cross between Chuck E Cheese and Prime Bar, but Prime Bar has better hamburgers. Our waiter acted as though he was smarter than us, as he consistently tried to upsell desserts and drinks and made jokes that were only funny to him. He appeared genuinely slighted when we ordered water instead of 300 calorie sodas. At the end of our meal, he all but begged us to give him "all 5s" on the survey. I probably would not have filled out the survey had he not asked, but he asked for it. The menus looked greasy, and the TV on the floor looked like it belonged in a YMCA in downtown Detroit. The food was cheap quality and way over priced. We had a party of 3 (1 child), and got 2 hamburgers and a kids meal with 1 milkshake and spent over $40. Those hamburgers were not worth $10 a piece. And the bottomless fries were a wasted gimmick, as they were nearly tasteless. Its so easy to make fresh french fries - Im not sure why everyone doesnt do it: Take some potatoes, push them through a french fry press and throw them in hot oil. Literally, as easy as tearing open a bag of frozen fries and just as simple to store. Driving home, my stomach was gurgling horribly, and my 9 year old son was moaning in the back seat, his tummy hurt so bad. About the only good thing to come out of it was that our bodies immediately rejected the meals when we got home. The bad part was that it was a nutrition-less meal that was way overpriced. Next time well just go to Prime Bar. $5 Burger Tuesday! Lesson learned.

This is my preferred location for Red Robin. This location is always busy busy busy as expected because it is located at one of the busiest malls in the area. This time I came with a group of friends to check out their new Octoberfest burger and milkshake. had to wait a little while due to some members of the party requesting a booth, but that was our decision so no fault of the restaurant. The wait staff was very attentive and was always on hand to take orders and refill drinks. I usually get the Royal Robin burger, but today I ordered the Octoberfest burger and the Octoberfest milkshake. The were both really good, I had gotten the octoberfest milkshake last year on a whim and was very shocked at how good it tasted. They really did a good job using caramel to blend the flavor gap between the sam adams and vanilla ice cream. The burger was very tasty as well, the black forest ham added to the juiciness of the burger. This time I also noticed that there are sauces that you can order for dipping! I ordered the Bacon and the chipotle. Simply said: bacon fantastic, chipotle not. 4 stars because yes, the food isnt the greatest around, but it is pretty good, I love trying their limited run burgers and shakes and the staff and atmosphere at this locations never disappoints.

The waitress was friendly when we sat down but after waiting and waiting for an order of fries for my son I quickly realized personality in the serving world can only take you so far. Her non-chalant attitude made our experience a waiting game when we got our food I was given the wrong order and after numerous requests didnt receive a side order of ranch until my meal was more than half way complete. The manager apologized for my order being wrong and asked if I wanted it remade, I declined due to the wait time. After our meal was finished with one other family eating in the restraunt we had to wait onceore for the check. I had to get up find the manager and ask for the bill, his response was the Z machine at the table which had been dead since we walked in. He walked away mid talk and sent our oh so friendly waitress. No apologies, nothing. I will NOT eat here again. If you have time to spare.... This is the place for you. Enjoy cold food and managers that clearly have no customer service skills.

We dined at this location on Saturday and cannot remember ever having a worse experience. I understand this place is not intended to be a classy dining facility but they miss all the basic essentials of restaurant dining. We went in as a family of 5 and were placed on a waiting list while we were waiting, another family of 5 came in and was seated right way (I am not sure if this part is related to some kind of mix-up or racism). We finally got seated and got an appetizer but no utensils, and our waitress was nowhere to be found. It looks like she was also assigned to tables on the other side of the restaurant. We finally stopped someone that was passing by to get us utensils. I then started giving appetizer plates to my kids to find one with food still pasted to it.

Not so great. Service is sub-par. Had to flag down our server several times for refills, extra napkins, condiments, etc. My family has been there approx. 5 times, and that service is the same. The wait staff is very young, and they seem more involved in socializing among themselves, rather than pay attention to their tables. On our last visit, my wife found mold in the cheese on her salad. The manager said sorry, and ran off to get another salad for her, which was the LAST thing she wanted now. But he departed so quickly, my wife couldnt tell him we just wanted the check! Needless to say, that is probably our last visit as the food is over priced and service is bad. Chilis or Applebees can make the same burger with better service and prices.

This place needs to shut down and a real restaurant open. I have had so many burgers in my life I dont even know the number, but this was the worst burger I have ever had. I dont know what the heck cheap filler they put in their meat, but it didnt even taste like a hamburger. I spit it out and refused to eat it. It was that bad. McDonalds burgers taste more like a burger should. The fries are gross too. They come frozen, so it loses flavor. Theyre just bland and mine werent cooked all the way. The riblets are like jerky and sure as heck dont fall off the bone. Also, the commercials are dumb and annoying. Shut it down! Open a Millers Ale House instead!

Though I was not eating there tonight, my whole family was disappointed with the service. The burgers were almost cold, one set of fries were burnt, food quality check forgot our extra sauces for fries, and no one offered a refill for fries. It was Sunday night and there were only 7 tables in the whole restaurant. I guess we know why they are not busy any more. I ordered water and a shake. The shake was not that great and came out well before the dinner (I ordered it with dinner), water was refilled once, and I ended up listening to the family being upset about dinner.

Normally I would give a 5 start because Ive always liked their food but tonight o went with my family and I have a toddler and I asked for a highchair for him. I always wipe them off myself but when I stood up to start wiping there was so much old stuck on food on the seat part and pretty much all over the highchair. Not like a little crumb but old fry, broccoli, oranges. Our food was great but the waitress not even checking to make sure the highchair was clean before giving it to us? Very disappointed. Other than that she was a good waitress.
