If there was a negative star option, that would be ideal!!!! For whatever reason, the concept of a "Plain checkerburger. Meat & BREAD ONLY!!!!" seems to elude everyone in the store. No matter how many times its emphasized, both at the speaker AND at the window, they have only gotten it right a total of 3 times. Considering my fiance goes about 3-4 times a week over the last 6 months, the odds are clearly against this particular store. The last time they got it right, it was so plain, the wrapper (marked so with their little stickers) it contained only the bun & the remnants of where a hamburger once lay. When I informed them of the mistake, the girl taking orders began laughing. Out loud. Over the speaker. Todays snafu was clearly made by the order taker who seemed more interested in flirting with my fiance sitting right next to me then getting the order correct. This particular store could be improved 110% by firing EVERYBODY & demolishing the building.

Food is good but these guys couldnt get an order right if their life dependant on it. Even orders as simple as 10 spicy chicken sandwiches plain. You might expect none of them to be plain or maybe they get it right and they are all plain but how about getting a random number of the plain or even just 1.

First my chicken wings were severely over cooked the sauce was in a clump in the box bear any on the wings so I took them back to the window and got a huge instead. My bugger was just as iclvercooked and dry. Terrible was very disappointed really used to love this place

Checkers on 98 North Lakeland did very good with my food. I got everything I asked for. Cashier, Lorena helped me with the survey and I went back and got myself a free sandwich. Thank you Lorena. Also thank you checkers keep up the good work.

The burgers here have been given to us cold several times. The fries and everything else never have a problem. However, since burgers are their main item, its pretty bad.
