Something had happened to this place in the last 6 months. A year ago the service and food were great. I would bring the whole family which includes two young boys. Balloons for the kids and occasionally a dressed up red robin costume would please the crowed. But not any more. The service and food has become horrible. We gave the place three additional chances as we eat out before going to the movies every other Friday and we do like burgers. We order that onion ring tower before the meal and the time before they didnt bring it out until after our burgers came out and the time before that we sat close enough to the kitchen that I could see one sitting up there waiting to be run, I watched sit there for five minutes and then walked to the kitchen and asked a server if those were ours and he checked and yes they were and he said he would go find my server. Two more minutes went by so I walked up there and got them myself. As we were eating the now lukewarm onion rings I didnt notice that he rest of our meal was sitting up there waiting to be run. I again had to go ask and yes it was. Our server was hanging out with the other servers. Our bottom buns had soaked up all the burger juice and was a cold greasy mess. Kids didnt seem to mind and my wife gets a salad. Im sorry I was a waiter for 6 years back in college and this was unacceptable. I am not one to complain to the management as I have learned that typically does not do anything. I did give the place three more chances but we had different servers each time and they were all bad. This tells me there is a general air of complacency about the place that is the direct result of poor management. I am glad that there are more choices these days at gulf coast town center as this place will not be missed.

Stopped in this afternoon and sat at the bar for a quick bite to eat. Kim was great, attentive and personable. We ordered a few beers, burgers and gotta love them bottomless fries!!!! Heck I wont lie we only came for the fries lol!!!!!! Our meals were great and cooked perfect! Kim was leaving early to catch a flight to Oklahoma so we settled up with her and gave her a little extra. Everyone wants extra spending money especially on vacation. Thanks again Kim and enjoy your vacation Also you guys should really participate in the mall discount like all the other places here.

Experience at the front of restaurant was horrible. We stood there for 25 minutes waiting to be seated. But after we sat down our experience was great. We had Amy as a waitress, she was great. Always got us refills when our others were gone. We ordered two burgers bottomless fries with both also ordered Mac & Cheese with bottomless fries, deep fried pickles. That campfire sauce was amazing. And we both had 5 double whiskey and coke. Bill was 90.00 I think well worth it. Will def come back again.

Literally just came from there. The food was good until a roach decided to join in. My brother had to kill it because it was crawling all over the wall of the booth we were in. I lost my appetite. My friends mom call the manager. He was the worst. He did absolutely nothing. No apologies no nothing. I almost felt like he was thinking we were lying. and we trying to be nice a not cause a scene. But nope got no response from the manager. JUST HORRIBLE! Ill never eat there again!!!

I went here about 3 nights ago, on my way to the movies. My wife and I loved the food and the service. The restaurant is extremely well maintained and the staff is quick to sit customers down, even when it is packed. We only waited about 5 minutes for a table, and were out right on time for our movie. The waitress was great about getting us served quickly so we could make it to our movie on time, and the food was extremely good. Will come back again for sure.

This place used to be so good. The food was fresh and the burgers were big and juicy. Now, not so much. The newly remodeled restaurant is visually pleasing and the staff is very kind. The food was horrible. The buns were stale, the tea was old, the onion rings were soggy, everything was under seasoned and the parties looked and tasted like they had come off a conveyor belt. I will not be returning, save your money.

Most Red Robin locations have been suffering from a declining quality of service in recent years, but my recent visit here was good. The server made sure our bottomless fries were refilled in a timely manner. You could still tell that it was understaffed, but not too bad. The ability to pay for your bill at the terminal on the table makes up for that. Good simple burger with a lettuce wrap bun.

Service was absolutely terrible. Sat at the table for 20 minutes with multiple staff members passing us and not even glancing over. After a wait, we finally got drinks and then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes before any food or any more drinks. Red robin is good but dont come to this one. The bad service isnt worth the food.

Ate there today for the first and last time. The waitress was nice and attentive however the food quality was extremely poor and very bland. I suppose they serve alcohol to try and help you forget how bad the food tastes. $65 for family of 3. Worst restaraunt I have eaten at in Ft Myrrs by far.

I love their wedge salad it is listed as an appetizer. It is great salad for one or two people, and it depends how its presented. You can add an item(s), avocado chunks, onion straws, for a small extra fee, and/or substitute items for example, blue cheese for grated cheddar cheese.

Spent $13 on two chicken strips and 5 shrimp? With a handful of fries. Are you kidding me? No way am I getting this crap again. Its a to go order but even then your standards should be on point. I can get this at any fast food joint for less. So disappointed.

Went to Red Robbin yesterday. Had a great time. The food was great, the endless fries were well received, and our waitress was great. It can get pretty packed, so you might want to show up a little before mealtime. Great place to grab a burger

I would not recommend going unless you want to sweat while eating a 1/4 lb. Burger with nothing to drink. There was no one to greet not very welcoming horrible customer service.
