On the first note, great food! But I will probably not ever eat here again. The service I received was not an acceptable customer service attitude for a place that is receives business based on customer service. We called on the phone to order take out for lunch. We arrive and they tell us that the bill was 60 dollars for 4 meals and a salad at lunch time. We were a little shocked at first. The woman saw our reaction then right away knew the problem because she, along with another employee, stated, "yes it happens all the time, we always have to explain to our customers when they come to pick up their food to say the special when ordering otherwise they receive the dinner." (Which is 13!! dollars for that certain meal, twice the cost of a special.) If this happens all the time, why dont you ask the customer on the phone if this is going to be the large or special? Secondly, it would not have been a big deal if they worked with us. Instead, the woman was rude and had an attitude. Also, in the middle of a phone call with a customer, she decided to interrupt that customers order and talk back to me when I was talking to my family, not her. All in all, I considered that encounter unacceptable and will not be returning.

Best Pizza in Fort Myers, Family run really friendly their customers are nice to alot of seniors go there for the dinner hours nice to be around seniors their not all like the younger folks. Im a young fella and i really enjoy eatting at places that have mellow people that dont bring their brats nice place to have a slice of real pizza closest to new york that im sure you can get. If you plan to come here please leave the little kids at home dont worry the environment this place has one of the few places you can go to and have a nice meal. At least do this out of respect to the seniors that attend this place. Come before 5 PM!!! Place gets packed around 5PM due to the $5 dinner special. Another place to check out is Biggies on Fowler St near the Edison mall Address 3701 Fowler St, Fort Myers, FL 33901 they have a nice small place alot of seniors and war veterans go there in the mornings they serve breakfast and lunches and dinners. One of the only places i know you can go to in Fort Myers and grab yourself a Bacon Cheese Burger at 8 in the morning.

I wish there was an option for NO STARS, because that is how upset that I am with Pizza Pub! So disappointed with my recent experience. I attempted to call in an order for delivery, as I usually do. I was left on hold for a good 10 minutes before a snippy female employee got on the phone with me. She rudely informed me that in order for them to deliver to me that I will need to provide a better tip than I gave last time!!! Who does that? I am a senior citizen on a fixed income, I always provide a 10-15% tip on orders. I was not aware that tips are required. Most pizza places, even Pizza Hut, charge a delivery fee to help cover the cost for their drivers. If they are so concerned with customers giving enough money for the driver, then they should not offer free delivery! Needless to say, my Starz pizza was exceptional! I would easily give Starz a 5 star rating!

Good food. Horrific service!! We indicated to the waitress that the Marsala sauce had not been reduced long enough, and as a result the sauce tasted and smelled strongly of liquor. She refused to even offer a simple apology. When we tried to tell the manager/owner about the issue she followed us to the front the restaurant yelling at us that she already told the manager. She even followed us out to the parking lot to yell at us some more. Beware this place employs animals for waitresses, specifically the short blonde!! If you love being verbally assaulted you will love this place. I hate to leave a review like this because we have had great food here in the past. But this incident and horrific service was to ridiculous to ignore.

i like your establishment a lot. the food is very good, and the portions are very generous. however on my last visit we were not asked if we would like a appetizer or coffee or desert at the end of the meal. also we felt like we were being rushed because the busser came around three times to see if we needed a to go box. once at the beginning of the meal. there is one other thing i would like to see. an itemized bill. on the bill you can not tell how much everything cost, or the tax. all you have is a grand total.

Delicious, but maybe understaffed. Dont get me wrong, the two servers seemed to take care of everything quickly, however it seemed rushed service because they were attempting to get to everyone--because it was a packed restaurant. A good indicator that the food here is good and get people coming back. My sausage and pepper sub was fresh and the house salad with Italian vinaigrette was tasty.

The veal marsala was excellent and very full of flavor! These folks do get busy and when they are extremely busy, the service is somewhat slower just like every other restaurant during season ( as compared to off season). The portions are generous, the food is well prepared and the service staff is very gracious. Wonderful dining!

My wife, who is from Michigan, has been looking for the last five years for a little pizza place as good as her favorite back in Metro Detroit. We found it. We ate their last night for the first time. Delicious pizza, fresh and generous toppings, and fast friendly service. We will be back.

We LOVE Pizza Pub!!! We have them often, from nights where we had not prepared dinner, & even ordered a huge family dinner for carry out. Everything is delicious there & there $6 menu is AMAZING! Perfect sized portions for my boyfriend. Their chicken parmigiana and mussels are AMAZING!

I was here last night and had a $12.88 bill. I gave the waitress a $20 and she didnt give me change, even though the other people I dined with had their credit cards processed. I will not be returning to this place. Food is totally Passaic-style Italian anyway.

First Italian sandwich combo had to get delevered...super fast BUT more importantly awesome food, made to order...fresh bread great amount of meats...stay away from JJ and Subway eat these...thanks Jim (the freindly owner)

I dig this place. Its a small, homey pizza joint. The pizza is good, although the meats are generally bland. I recommend the Veggie Works. The prices are OK. The pizza comes out quickly, but otherwise the service is poor.

We just got take out and it was great. While we were there picking up our pizza the place was packed. The food that the people dinning in the restaurant had looked very good and all of the people looked happy.

Great Italian food. Really good prices. They have small plates too for $5 or $6. Regular plates include salad. Hot bread is served. Prices are mostly in the mid teens. Drinks are reasonably priced as well.
