Be careful if you pay your order online...I placed an order, I printed my receipt, and I found the amount charged on my card was more! I called them, I talked to 3 different people, and they didnt resolved the problem. They even told me that the manager/owner will call me and he didnt. Im reporting this problem to my bank, I dont like to deal with people who take advantage of their customers! I work for a big corporation, and we place orders with Pizza Connection all the time. Im sharing this story with them and showing others my receipt because I want them to be aware of Pizza Connections online practices! Their pizza is excellent, but this practice is very unprofessional! If they think Im lying, Im still waiting for them to call me and resolve the problem! I have both receipts as proof and with them Im going to dispute the charges with my bank...I dont appreciate fraudelent charges! Thanks!

This place has very tasty pizza. Personally I dont like the bacon they use (the peaces are to small which make them difficult to eat). I like how the cut there pizzas (squares). Ive experienced consistent customer service, with friendly, and helpful staff. Parking is limited, expect to park along the street. No worries though this place is located in a safe area. One major draw back! If you plan to dine in, the atmosphere is very loud. I think its do to the size of the dining are and the all tile floor.

Pizza Connection is a local home town big hit. They have excellent pizza there. I love how they cut the pizza into manageble bitesize squares. They also have great salads and sandwiches. They also have draft beer, soft drinks and ice tea. They are always busy during lunch and supper hours and Fridays and Saturdays can be packed. Its worth the wait if its required. I give them a 5 star rating and I recommend this place to everyone. Family safe environment. Enjoy!

i ordered from here and the food was overpriced and not very good. i think i would rather have a frozen pizza. they only have thin crust and the toppings were of poor quality. also the service was poor this poor pizza delivery guy was apologizing and making excuses for other employees.. i was told the wrong price over the phone and put on hold constantly and thats after waiting for 5 mins for someone to just pick up the phone.. i dont recommend at all....

An unusual pizza as in really good! The crust is thin and they pile on the almost unlimited toppings. This is a family owned business with longstanding ties to the community. The owners are great people who support many youth sports teams. And best of all the prices are reasonable and the pizza rocks. Its very much like the old J Burns recipe. I promise your family will love it and youll be a repeat customer.

Very good thin crust pizza, not the cardboard thin like at Pizza Hut. In the 20 or so years, pizzas, sandwiches, and salads have been excellent. This time, the pizza was left in the oven just a little too long. Mostly golden brown with some burn spots. One minor issue over 20 years is still a very good experience. Im sure had I complained, they would have made another which would be perfect.

Tables aint really big people friendly but they will give you a chair np at all, just gotta ask... Staff is amazing and friendly every single time we have come here and the deal buy one pizza get second half off is a great deal!!! Chicago style cut pizza and thin crust is great it fills up the starving family and not too mention the Pepperoni and anchovies are the bomb lol

Quite simply the BEST pizza Ive had since moving to FL! I dont like generic, drooping medium-thickness crust that NYers seem to go wild over. Thankfully Connection has thin CRISP crust and the cheese, pepperoni and sausage is good, high quality ingredients. I will definitely be returning to Connection whenever I am in town.

Terrible customer service. They have young kids working there who do not care one bit and lack any sense of professionalism. Whatever happen to caring about your job! How could an owner allow people like this to run their business. I would not recommended this establishment to anyone.

Excellent pizza. So much the place is usually mobbed with people. They do serve you, but it is so busy that you order and pay at the counter first, then they bring it to your table. They are quite courteous considering the pace they have to operate at. They must be used to it.

We LOVE Pizza Connection, we drive from Lakeland about once every 2 weeks to eat pizza there. The crust is thin and the Pizza is EXCELLENT! There is a nice park a couple of blocks away to take children too with turf grass and lots of things for kids to do.

Service was a little slow, but the pizza was great. We happened to be there during the dinner rush. We had a one topping of bacon. You couldnt put your finger on it without touching at least 4 or 5 pieces. It was totally covered.

Tried to order a pizza at 10:00pm... and they sent me to a voicemail, and i called back amd said they were closed.. but the voicemail said they dont close til 11 so they just dont want to work and have the business

Just like the ole J-burns Pizza and Pipes was in winter haven long time ago.. Pizza Connection has great pizza thin crust. Always had a good time there with good pizza. A must try.

Pros: good environment for kids. Salads are fantastic, with fresh ingredients. Cons: pizza is terrible. Bland and tastes like cardboard. Thin crust is the only style available.
