Where do I begin... Last night (2/25 @ 6:34pm) I called and was put on hold. 7 minutes later I hang up and call back. They answer right away and take my order. The worker apologized and said he forgot. O well things happen. I order and was given and estimated time of 45 minutes. Sounds good right? Wrong. 1 hour and 6 minutes later, I receive a call from the shop apologizing and saying that my order was delivered to the wrong house. They would make it fresh and deliver in 30 minutes. At this point I am upset, but still a little understanding. The worker did not offer a discount or try to remedy the situation at all. O well. 30 minutes later, no food. I call the store and was told the driver has the order and should be there shortly. Was given the excuse that they only have one driver. Keep in mind this is at 8:10, 1 Hour and 36 minutes after my original order. 21 minutes go by and still no food. I call back, obviously upset and was offered little apology. At this point I requested a discount. The worker offered the order for free and apologized again (sounding very annoyed with my at this point). At this point I had already fed my children something else and they were off to bed. 8:47 PM!!! door bell rings. 2 hours and 13 minutes after my original order, food arrives. I keep my cool, take the food, the driver says hes sorry, they are really busy, and I shut the door without saying a word. Honestly... How can you run a business this way. But you want to know what the worst part is? My wife and I tried the food and actually liked it. Its a shame, because we will never order from there again.

Tried them twice in the last two day even told the employee that took my order i was a first time customer spent 60 dollars two out of my four items that i order were incorrect called asked to speak with the manager put me on hold held for 15 minutes for driver to pick up and tell me that he was to busy he would have to call me back took a half hour for him to call me back then gave me a hard time about giving me a credit. Tried them again today this time 2 out of 3 items were made wrong called and was told once again the manager is too busy that he would have to call me back it has now been 15 mins and no call back yet....smh will be my last time ordering from here.

Ordered delivery, never arrived. Had missed call from driver. Called back, no answer, called store was told he knocked and called multiple times. Not possible as we had been in the front room the entire time decorating our tree. Was told driver would be contacted and we would be called back. Never got a call. Drove to store and was told driver car broke down and was given my order. Order was wrong and taste was slightly below acceptable, sauce was pink? Delivery issue may have been a fluke, problem management however was poor and food quality was as well. Very bad first impression. Will not repeat. #sorrynotsorry.

This is one of the best cleanest pizza places on the westside of Cleveland this is my third time eating here. I was just there today and I ordered a 8 cut medium sauage and pepperoni pizza yeah I agree the prices are a little steep but for good food and a clean place to eat from to me its priceless I paid 14.00 out the door for it. Good people good food and no waiting . I would subjust u order ahead never did delivery but my daughter has and the food was delivered hot and good. Overall I give them five stars. Customer service five, food five, cleaness all five stars.

Worst ordering experience ever ! Horrible rude customer service the guy hung up on me after I told him The app picked the wrong store so I had to order again for the correct store they canceled the order so I called up there and he hangs up on me and was really rude and nasty considering I just spent 50$ and wasted 40 minutes trying to order food. Could of just made the pizza and if he couldnt still could of had a better attitude ! To bad I was eager to order from them for the first time but I think they dont care better off going to Pizza Hut

I ordered a 3-topping gluten-free pizza, a side salad and a 2 Liter Diet Coke. The total with tip was over $30. When the delivery guy showed up, he had no silverware, no napkins, and no Diet Coke. He gave me a fork from Wendys. When I called to let them know, they were very snippy with me and told me that I had to ask for silverware and napkins. For a $30+ order???? ***UPDATE***: THE OWNER SAW MY REVIEW AND CALLED ME. HE APOLOGIZED FOR THE BREAK IN SERVICE. HE PROMISED TO MAKE UP FOR IT ON MY NEXT ORDER. I WILL TAKE HIM UP ON IT.

I have been ordering chicken wings frequently over these last couple weeks I would say two times a week and I am addicted to the breaded buffalo wings! What you putting in there?! Very good. The customer service is always good, I order and pick up and usually am offered a chicken tender to try...nice touch. I like that you can see kitchen from pickup counter, it looks clean back there! I recommend trying the breaded buffalo wings.

Chicken Parmesan was delicious! The chicken is real and not processed. Spaghetti noodles and marinara were perfect. For a great price it also came with a yummy salad and garlic bread. Mozzarella sticks and fries were great quality along with the meatball sub. The food was hot, big portions and amazing quality. I found my new favorite take out place!! Great customer service too.

Ordered off Uber Eats, they forgot my chicken wrap. Brought the wrong order which made my husband sick the 12 piece chicken with fries and they couldnt fix it because "they just closed" She had the nerve to ask me if I just wanted a refund on my wrap... Which NEVER happened. Still no refund. What a nasty place with horrible customer service.

I order a sandwich Italian cheese melted on paper no cheese on sandwich, i ordered barbecue chicken wings they sent me hot wings. Ive been ordering from them since the 90s and all was fantastic until recently from new owner they are terrible i will never order from them again and i will never recommend them to anyone!!

Pizza was delicious! If anybody knows pizza its me. Ordered the pizza called the uppercrust. Steak was great on it, sauce had a very nice flavor, and all the other toppings tasted fresh. Balsamic on the pizza added the perfect flavor. I will be ordering the westpark pizza very soon. Thanks again uppercrust

Ive always loved pizza but this pizza is the bomb and the service is excellent and the delievery guy pat is so cool very nice and honest the service is quick and pleasent and the pizza firm but chewy great yet undeinable resistable total mouth watering goodness

I have been ordering from here for two years. Food is always on time & hot. The drivers are always pleasant & polite. I love the shrimp dinners. The pizza & subs are awesome. The cheesecake is so delicious! I still want to try the chicken parmesan, very soon!
