Came in on New Years Day for some pizza. Place was packed, waited 40 minutes for a medium cheese and medium Californian, the kitchen was understaffed for the holiday. When the pizzas came the cheese was good, but the dough on the Californian was undercooked, the bottom crust was completely white doughy in the middle. Could have been a bad experience, but the manager, Dillon, came over and asked me how things went and I told him the truth. He was great, he made us a brand new pizza and discounted our check because we waited so long. I am sitting in the target parking lot waiting for my wife an I can honestly say this is one of the most delicious pizzas Ive had in a while, cooked perfectly. Overall food turned out well in the end, and service was better.

Get their meatballs. (Period) everything else is a no go. From that chewy crust to under cooked noodles, every time. You can dine in, take out or delivery and it all taste like three day old leftovers. Yesterday I ordered a kids pasta marinara w/ meatballs and bacon. Again w/ the under cooked pasta, one meat ball and two strips of bacon. Not bacon pieces but two actual slices of bacon and Im not even sure they were cooked properly. I was told I should call and confront them but I dont see the point, with food like that theyll be out of business soon enough.

Disappointing. The service was attentive, but that was the only positive. I bought a Flip, or Flipper, or whatever the hell they name their restaurant after (basically a calzone except they cook it with the sauce inside). When I got it, it tasted like charcoal and smoke. Not a pleasant flavor when eating pizza. If I wanted smoky food, I would have gone and gotten myself some bbq. My wife ordered a flatbread and said it was bland. Real disappointment and if Im doing pizza, theres much better in the same shopping plaza.

My wife, Tere Pizarro, had a surgery 2 weeks ago. We went to Walmart to get groceries and arrived home! We didnt have time to cook and we called FLIPPERS Pizzeria and ordered a Large Veggie Pizza. They quickly took the order and told us that the pizza will arrive home 45 minutes later. 25 minutes later pizza arrived, hot like if it was fresh from the oven and it was delicious! We will recommend this place without hesitation! In our opinion this is the best pizza in Clermont Florida and around the world!

Just moved into The Vista at Lost Lake & used my coupon for my free MYPIE two toppping pizza. It was the first time I ate Flippers after being in Orlando for over 5 years now. Great customer service and the pizza was good! I really hope they join the Chrilo Card soon & maybe ill be visiting more often :) Thanks to my new apartment complex & to Flippers for a great lunch !

Called to have lunch delivered about a block (I could not leave what I was doing) I asked because I was so close if they would consider not charging a delivery charge or cut it in half. They told me NO. So I told them they could keep their food. Some great customer service. It will be long time before I ever consider Flippers again.

We came during their lunch special time (every day, 11am - 4pm). Ordered the MyPie...Pizza was larger than expected, and loaded with cheese and toppings - fantastic! It even included a fountain drink. All for $8.99 + tax - great deal! Service was also very attentive. ZERO complaints here!

Pizza was take out for a large gathering. Topping skimpy. Couldnt tell the difference between Cheese and pepperoni pizza. They tell me it was under the cheese. I couldnt tell. Not much of anything.
