Didnt have a problem with them until last night. I had called in an order because it was big and I had a special order and the guy on the phone said he would put it in. I get there and he said it was gonna be another 10-15 mins. (And just to let you know he never put my order in when I called) In the meantime there had been 3 people who had been waiting and people where still walking in. The boy at the counter seem to be very overwhelmed and was confused. So every one that was waiting was being very understanding,but as everyone had gotten their food, me and another lady was still standing there 25 mins. Later,so finally I get my food and go and check it out at the car to make sure I got everything and it wasnt right so instead of taking all my big order back in I only took the one that wasnt right. Got in there and waited again for another 15mins. The lady that had been before me the first time had just got her food and the manager had reimbursed her whole order for taking so long. So he gives me my pizza and do you know what the manager said to me? Sorry hope you have a great night. Now thats all and good,but not when I had spent 45 mins waiting for food and not to mention the rest of my order was out in the car now cold. And all I got was sorry and have good night. Not looking for free food,but at least he could have done was hand out a coupon for the next time or even have been more sympathetic. Wont go back for awhile.

Every Saturday afternoon 1-2 they never have any hot and ready pizza at the Wadsworth location. Very annoying!
