Super rude service from the moment I called to when I picked up the food. From the person who answered the phone to the insanely rude and inappropriate man counting money at the register. When asking for help, I was responded by both people with sarcasm and patronizing responses. Truly not worth supporting this company with such nasty attitudes towards customers and to top it all off, the salad ordered was almost nothing but spinach costing $9. Tip of advice: when customers are POLITELY asking for help, do not claim theyre on drugs just because youre unable to handle the stress of your job like a professional.

Bad service. Ordered online, came in to pick it up when order was supposed to be ready. Shop was empty, food not ready, made me wait 5 minutes while they trained someone at the register just to tell me my order wasnt ready (it wasnt even started), waited another 20 minutes. Never even apologized - treated me like I was the inconvenience. Not impressed with this place.

I just had the soup and sandwich combo, the broccoli cheese soup was really good, it was a big portion, too. The Tuscan Portobello sandwich was DELICIOUS!!!!!!! Even though it was half a sandwich with the combo, it was still PLENTY of food and a great deal for the price of $9. The service was friendly and fast and the restaurant is adorable!

At the courthouse we frequent Its A Wrap and enjoy the egg and cheese on the croissant sand which with expresso. Jennifer and Sara are so personable! They greet everyone one on first name basis. You should go. Quality food. The staff has class.

Great place to eat! Healthy options and very delicious! The Brooklyn Special was amazing, as well as the Pineapple juice. Highly recommend it! Ill definitely come back to eat!
