I did not have the opportunity to taste their sweets but what I am going to rate is how professional and accomodating Steve was to me today. I was in a pinch, didnt order the day before and he accomodated me to the most supreme level of customer service. I wanted to deliver some sweets or something edible to an office. I saw a little edible arrangement for 88.00 i am not sure but I think there may be a delivery charge too! So I thought the amount of what I was receiving for that price was very high. I googled Cupcake/Bakery delivery and found Sweeter Days. I got two dozen Cupcakes and a dozen large cookies for 70 including delivery, so much more substantial than a tiny fruit bouquet. What impressed me was Steves willingness to help me. Whoever wrote the negative comment below I would have to completely and 100% disagree with them. This man went out of his way to help me today and I called last minute well after 11am to get a delivery out early afternoon. I will use him again and again! just based on the fabulous way I was treated. Im sure the sweets are delicious too.

Sweeter Days bake shop was an amazing gourmet cupcake bakery. When you walked in you would smell the most amazing varieties of flavored cupcakes! When I walked at first I saw a peanut butter chocolate cupcake that really caught my eye but then I kept walking and saw a cinnamon bun cheese cake frosted cupcake so I ended up getting that one and the o e that really caught my eye, the salted caramel one. Before I even had one lick or bite my mouth was salivating! There was a sign that so perfectly described each cupcake. The lady that was serving us our cupcakes was so sweet, kind, and had a great personality, she made wonderful suggestions that really helped to make the perfect decision, I would go back there just for her service. She said they probably have over eighty cupcake flavors but they only had about twenty displayed. Even with just a little over twenty it was very hard to choose the right one especially since that was probably my first ever gourmet cupcake!

My wife visited this bakery, they promised her heaven and earth. Then they ignored her for a week. Then she called to follow-up and they quickly told her theyd call her back that same day. They never called her back, its been 1 week. Im not sure why they dropped the ball as they seem to have good reviews but in our case we received bad customer service, no call back and we are taking our baby reveal cake plans to another business. We dont mind if you tell us you dont have time to make our cake because you are too busy- what we do find disrespectful is to ignore a potential customer once youve met face-to-face with them. We did not have a tight deadline- we gave them 1 month notice until the event. We will not recommend them to family our friends. The few bad reviews they have is customers seeking baby reveal cakes that were ignored. Coincidence? Or are they boycotting babies?? LOL. Give babies a chance!!!

Its not that I disliked this bakery. The customer service was great, place was clean and baked goods very well presented, everything looked so so yummy. I ordered a 9inch vanilla cake for a birthdat and it looked amazing. I was extremely excited to eat the cake, until I took that first bite. The cake looked 10xs than it taste. Bland and tasteless is an understatement. I know its vanilla, but geez Publix and Kroger have more flavorful vanilla cakes. I hoped it would get better as a ate but it didnt. I will say it was moist so I dont know about the it being dry complaint because that certainly wasnt an issue. Im disappointed that I paid $48 for a well presented cake with ZERO taste. I may try a cupcake or something from there but I definitely wont be ordering a cake again. Id suggest cake tasting first if possible, this was a last min order so I didnt get to inquire on that.

What a great place! I found Sweeter Days online and was looking for a bakery to create the perfect cake for my sisters baby shower and I found it. The store is immaculate and you can see the baking area behind glass and it is spotless. All the details are adorable ( the display, the colors, the merchandise.) Steve was extremely helpful and sweet. I trusted him completely with arranging all of the details from how the cake looked to the delivery to the restaurant. I had sampled a cup cake (Lemon Dream) and it was amazing. The cake was delivered right on time the day of the event and it was beautiful. Every one of my guests said it was the best cake they had ever eaten. I wish I could post a picture, it was so beautiful. Amazing buttercream- light and not too sweet. I cant say enough good things about the staff, baked goods and store.

OMG - When I walked in and started talking to Steve, one of the owners, I had no idea of how popular their bakery had become. They cater for many of the prominent charities and other organizations in town. After my first bite, it was love at first sight and now knew why Sweeter Days Bake Shop had it covered. I tried a cupcake with a raspberry filling inside and a creamy, lighter than air, frosting, with curls of white chocolate scattered on top. Thinking this has to be the best cupcake I have ever eaten, however, I had not tried the salted caramel cupcake. After tasting the this cupcake, frosting (butter cream to die for) and caramel, crunchy, salty pieces adorning the top of the cupcake altogether, it was a marriage made in heaven. Speaking of marriage, they make wedding cakes to order... any flavor, size, or shape.

I ordered 1/2 dozen cupcakes for my boyfriends birthday as a surprise. It was completely last minute and I was nervous since I have never been to Sweeter Days Bake Shop prior. I went off of the reviews I read online and decided to give them a try. Lets just say, we both devoured the cupcakes! They were all so moist and simply delicious. The Chocolate Fudge is a must for all the chocolate lovers out there. My boyfriends favorite flavor is red velvet and the Southern Red Velvet cupcake did not disappoint. Then there is the Chocolate Peanut Butter cupcake....OMG.....LOVE IT! The only one we didnt eat (but will today) is the Salted Caramel which Im sure is amazing as well. I will definitely be ordering more in the future, Thank you so much!!!

When I initially ordered a specialty cake over the phone, the person I talked to (I think the owner) was helpful.Then he made a comment that I thought was a little arrogant, but I needed this cake in a week, so I ordered it anyway. Big mistake. When I went to pick up the cake, the same person I spoke to, assisted me. I was disgusted by the remarks that he made to me aloud, in front of his staff/customers. I expected far better treatment for spending $70 on a cake, which might I add, was completely overpriced for what I received. This place doesnt know a thing about customer service or professionalism. Thanks, Sweeter Days! I cant wait to give you my business again, NOT.
