Unprofessional. When I pulled up at the parking lot Tamara and another associate were outside shouting at a lady who was getting into a white SUV. They were talking about pies. I am not sure if that lady was another Publix Associate. Once inside customer service associate did greet me but once again shouted out for Edgewick or something like that. The associate and the manager came inside the store. Though I told the Customer Service associate I had a return with out receipt she did start scanning them when Edgewick was standing next to her after the 5th item the manager who was standing next to me all of a sudden says their policy is that they cant do returns with out receipt. Um since when? according to her that week. I felt discriminated because why all of a sudden they have this new policy. Why didnt the customer service girl know about this policy as soon as aI went up to her and told her I had a return with no receipt? why didnt Edgewick know about this either? They pick and choose who they want to service. Definitely not place where shopping is a PLEASURE. Write up Tamara the custom service manager and the other two as well.

Very friendly and professional etiquette; Even more so, every time I visit, I feel that they personally know my family and genuinely care about us; From upper management on down (Kelly, Angie, Cheryl), they seem committed to excellence and I feel that they are a gem in the community. I look forward to buying groceries when I shop at Publix.

Nice clean store, there is a cashier named Ana, she is genuinely a sweetheart, always treats me great, she is extremely lovely and patient with customers. She is the type of employee every business wants to have when it comes to customer service. People like her make a difference in this world.

This Publix is busy! As the preferred grocery chain in the area, this one gets lots of tourism and local customers. Great deli options and fresh meat and produce. They still maintain their clean interior. Lots of ancillary services-Redbox, ATM, Ice, carpet cleaning,etc

Every time I go to this Publix there are more of my favorite items that I buy EVERY WEEK are removed from the shelves. I spend over $300 a week at this place and I still have to stop at another store to finish my shopping. I think I will look for a new place to shop.

Deli is horrible!! Every time I place an order online, it is never done on time. I placed a big order about a month ago and I had the order number and when I went there it was no where to be found! Manger really didnt care. Now I NOT to use this publix!!!

Does not feel like the Publix experience very unfriendly sell food past expiration date when theyre BOGO Check the dates Manager acts like hes working on Rodeo drive when asked about he says sorry about that laughable

Best Key Lime pie to ever cross my lips!! As an owner of my own bakery, and many different Key Lime Pies that I have tasted, this was the most delicious! Kudos to the Publix bakery!

Prices need to be more competitive. Milk pricing is outrageous. Cleanest restroom Ive ever seen and smelled. Kudos for that.

For a tourist this is a great place. They have family dinners for $12 so you dont have to spend a lot at a restaurant.
