I have been to many Panera Bread locations and have always been very satisfied with the food and the service, but this past Sunday morning around 10:30 AM I had been in Fort Lauderdale and decided to stop in this Panera for a Cappuccino and a Breakfast Sandwich. Being the first on line I figured it would be easy to order, but with only two young women heating and serving the food and also taking orders, it took about 10-15 minutes for one of them to take my order. Then I was told they did not have any expresso beans to make a cappuccino! Mind you this is the weekend. So I said forget the coffee. Then I waited another 10-15 minutes before I was called to get my Breakfast sandwich only to find that they made the wrong one. Being fairly dissatisfied, I got it to go. As I left I realized that there were only a few people at the tables and then understood why. The manager of that location needs to get on it . . .

I have been to this location 3-4 times and every time I go, I always remember why I dont come here. The staff is unorganized and unprofessional. They dont know what they are doing half of the time. I waited 20 minutes to get a salad and soup because there was one order ahead of mine. An order with 2-3 of the same sandwich and a cup of soup. I suggest they hire a few older people here, that dont want to sit at the serving window chatting while one is off duty. Everyone who was in here had the same (disappointed) look on their faces as I did. Rated 2 stars at first to be nice but I changed my mind.

If you have a choice as to which Panera Bread location to visit, I would skip this one. Since this is a chain restaurant, you know what to expect in terms of the menu. This location falls short on providing the basics. We ordered soup and what was given to us was room temperature. Upon notifying the staff of the issue we received attitude as if their mistake was a problem we should not bring to their attention. The overall cleanliness of the dinning area is a 2 out of 5, and the bathroom is a 1 of 5, it was disgusting. Clearly this is a management issue that needs to be resolved.

Ate and finished that greasy chicken frontega, destroyed that bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. Then I stepped out to the parking lot and disgorged all over the god damned place. ..delicious. After painting the parking lot and cars, with my greasy vomit, I ended up taking pictures of the store from every angle with the dude below me. Ya know, because they all look the same on the inside and out. Presto; Im a professional critic and my opinion matters. Hope you find this helpful.

I used to eat here regularly. A year or so ago, I got halfway through a sandwich when I noticed the lettuce inside was rotten. I threw the rest away and thought nothing of it. The next day I got sick, like a horrible horrible stomach flu, went to the doctor a few days later and he said I had somehow contracted dsyntary. You get that from eating rotten vegetables. For the next month and a half I had bloody diarrhea and could do nothing about it. Thanks Panera.

Stay far far far away!!!! First off the floors of kicten r dirty !! I think I have may have seen. a rat . Hair on my knife !! Rude and unprofessional staff. I got creame cheese that had expired last yr . Mess up on my order - basically the manger she wears glasses and dark hair delete my order. Good training she must have had . No one even sayed sorry .

The services was really slow! Took over 30 mins to get our food. There was a major roof leak in the hallway to the bathroom. No management present, the girls making the food had no clue what they were doing! To top it off a homeless man starting ranting and swearing right next to us while we were waiting. I recommend going to anywhere else.

Atmosphere is pretty fantastic. Layouts a bit all over the place, but the staff is nice and its quiet in the afternoon. Mac and cheese is decent, broccoli cheddar is very good, and the pastries are day-fresh! Salad was crisp; only complaint is the apple chips had a bit of a frozen food taste. Def would recommend for a lunch run.

I absolutely love this place! The staff is so wonderful and caring. You can really tell that theyre more than happy to help you and go out of their way to do the most for their guests. The environment is nice, along with the food as well❤ i love the summer corn chowder and the turkey blt i get. They never disappoint.

This place is dirty dirty dirty. The staff are young girls and they talk to each other while makinnd your food, they eat while making your food, and they dont wear gloves unless the manager reminds them. I gave it two chances. Im never eating there again.

Man, I just dont get it. Pretty much every sandwich at Panera is mediocre. The soups are OK too. Their turkey chili is the best but thats only seasonal. Whats the deal? You cant get turkey the other 8 months of the year?

Always fresh and fabulous! Panera is the treat you deserve at any time of the day. Try a power breakfast sandwich or one of their mouthwatering muffins. Their soups and sandwiches are also amazing. A+!
