Im a New York City guy and in need of a bagel spot so after reading reviews i came here. The staff most definitely have an attitude but i shrug it off, i came here for the bagels not for world class service in which case Id go to einstein bagels and have a nasty bagel. Bagels are good, coffee can be better but overall Id come again. I had an onion bagel with cream cheese and lox and i find it perfectly normal that the onion bagel was not all the way around with onions but just on top.

Food is all amazing from the bagels to sandwiches to coffee Staff is also exemplary with very positive attitudes. Very kind and welcoming environment with great tasting food and a large drink selection to go with it. Fish dip is also incredible. One lady in particular today really made my day I encourage others to find out how great their bagels are!

The bagels are very good and normally pretty decent size, but the service can sometimes be really bad. It depends on which person helps you with your order. Some workers in there are real nice and others are not so nice. If they improve their customer service and speed up there line, they would be much better and get four or five stars!!

The only good bagel place in South florida that Ive found.. Now, thats not saying every other place is bad but Im from New York and bagels are important people. The options are endless there, and the bagels are always fresh. They also have a selection of breakfast sandwhiches and a bunch of other good things (pastries and what not)

I dont understand all the negative reviews about the ladies that work there. Ive had nothing but wonderful experiences every time Ive stepped foot in the place. The food is absolutely amazing and their coffee is delicious. My only complaint is that they close before I like them to on Sundays. Try the spinach bagel, yum!

Amazing New York style bagels. Real people caring about what they do best here. This is not a corporate store run by drones or zombies but honestly friendly folks Whois always hustle to make the orders. To the bad reviewers here, try again on your good day.

Great homelike service as the owner of this store really pushes herself and you get a great sandwhich with nothing but fresh meat and trimmings and her bread and bagels alone are good enough to back to and bring friends. A great find to please my pallet.

Everything tastes sooo good, vary nice owner, great service, and the best verity of cream chesses. My fav is the mixed berry, they also have the best orange juice! 5 stars!!!
