Be very careful here. The female owner is rude and not trust worthy. My wife ordered a signature creation $5.99 and wanted to make one substitution, the owner says ok but then tells my wife she will just ring it up as a created your own which would have made it almost $8. I go to order and I ask do you allow substitutions as I eat at a different Coldstone once a week and never have an issue making substitution. She says yes. My daughter goes to order one of there new features and she says they are out of ressee cups but we can see them so she substitutes butterfingers. When we get to register, she says she will ring it as signature this time. Very Dishonest! Take your business to another Coldstone.

The ice cream was delicious as usuall at every cold stone! I really loved it! But on the down side. The people working when I went were extremely slow taking orders. One guy was talking on the phone while there was a line. Then when I asked for a lid on the ice cream he over filled the cup and instead of fixing it to fit the lid he simply placed the lid ontop of the ice cream and didnt close it all the way causing it to over flow on the edges when I closed it myself. But otherwise the ice cream was delicious....service on the other hand...not so good

Went in an hour before closing, the customer in front of me, then my wife, was told by the girl behind the counter that a cleaning crew takes the milkshake machines out to be cleaned every night and that we could not get a milkshake at that time. Now obviously this is unrealistic and honestly makes no sense why someone would transport a milkshake mixer to another facility to clean it and then return it, dont insult me. What she ment to say was its in the back but Im too lazy to clean it again so buy something else. The GM should be embarrassed.

First of all, they had no Chocolate or French vanilla ice cream, mind you i came more than an hour before closing. ALL the employees are rude as hell, no manners, no customer service. The waffle bowl was cold and chewy. The chairs are broken. WORST EXPERINCE EVER. & they turned off the lights 15 minutes for closing while we were sitting inside eating my cold chewy waffle bowl and ice cream.

Manager/owner was in the back talking while one employee was attending a line of customers. Manager was skimping on the ice cream. She made another customers mixture with one strawberry? For a minimum of $6? I walked out. Ill be on the way to one near my house on this hot beach day! If youre going to charge so much for ice cream, give the customers a good amount of ice cream.

When I walked in I was not greeted or acknowledged for several minutes even though I was the only one there. The two girls looked at me and even though I was ready did not say anything to help me for a while. Then when I asked to taste something she gave me a sample and then walked away. It was not a pleasant experience, if it werent for the ice cream I wanted I would have left.

Dont go there expecting any service, from Manager to employees they would rather finish their conversation before taking an order from a guest whose staring at them expecting an acknowledgement, yeah didnt happen. SHITTIEST SERVICE but hey its the closet cold stone to me so im out of luck.

Worst service Ive ever had. One employee was sitting down in the customers chairs with her feet up. However, all 3 of them ignored our existence until it was clear we werent leaving without ice cream. By far the worst service Ive ever even heard of. The management should be embarrassed.
