Let me start with the good. The apples and toffee are delicious. When I first visited here, it was shortly after they opened. The service was amazing, and of course the place was very clean, because it was brand-new. Fast forward to today, more than a year later, and I am quite surprised to see how far it has fallen. The ordering process today was ridiculous. We were helped by an under-trained cashier who had to get help not once, but twice, from not one, but two other employees. It was quite clear that she didnt have a clue what she was doing. Next we move on to the drink station. The ice tea containers were all less than half full, and the area was not neat. Next we move to the seating area, where I had to wipe my own seat, which was covered in crumbs, and stained with oil. I took a look around, and saw oil stains on other seats as well. The floor was a mess too. The food was a huge disappointment. In the past, we have ordered the chicken fingers, which have always been really good. Today we decided to try the grilled chicken sandwich, in order to opt for something a little more healthy. Along with that I choose the blueberry coleslaw. The chicken was tough, and bland. The blueberries in the coleslaw were pathetic looking, and the coleslaw itself was more like a container of shredded cabbage. No salt, no vinegar-just coleslaw with a little bit of mayo. We will not be returning to this location.

Went to the grand opening today. Great location, sufficient parking, place is laid out okay, I felt like I could totally comeback. However upon walking in, I was greeted with a huge wave of "welcome to PDQ!" Might have been okay if it were the cashier who said it once I got up there. That was just overkill fwiw. Perhaps they were training people in, but there was a ton of people behind the counter. There was more noise coming from back there than in the dining area. I went to sit down and throughout my meal, 4 different people came up to ask if I was okay or if I needed anything. This is a fast food place, not some great sit down place. That felt a little invasive. One is fine, but 4 ? I was actually a little upset at that. I like to eat in peace. The food was not up to par. it was bland imo. They have the showmanship, yes, but thats not all what a restaurant is about. The grand opening was not what I thought itd be. Instead of a -for lack of a better word-festive day for a restaurant that was opening with the intentions to draw business in, I felt it was more a busy day sprinkled with a handful of new employees. Though I do have to add, they were all welcoming and cheerful. Which is ALWAYS important. Ill give them the benefit of the doubt, its a new place and no one is perfect on their first day. But theyre really going to have to improve if they have aspirations to maintain a good restaurant.

This was our first time at this location since the event there. I was curious to see how they did, now that it wasnt a special event, and in comparison to the one we usually visit. I ordered the grilled turkey sandwich with the stuffing and cranberry sauce, accompanied by French fries. It was a matter of moments before our order was called. The turkey was hot and juicy with a nice amount of cranberry sauce. However, the stuffing was very sparse, and I only had a bite or two where I could actually taste it. The fries were hot enough, but not as hot as they should have been. As we were leaving, my daughter decided to order the seasonal milkshake - apple pie. I never order milkshakes because they are generally too sweet and not worth the calories. However, this one had been highly recommended by Andy V. She gave me a sip when we got out to the car and I knew I was in trouble. This was, hands down, the best milkshake Ive ever had! It had finely chopped chunks of fresh apple and just the right balance of pie spices, along with crispy bits for more texture. I was in milkshake heaven. Fearing for the future of her milkshake, she ran back in and had them make one for me. Im sooo glad that we dont live any closer, this could get to be a dangerous addiction. :)

PDQ shows well. The first time I went, I thought the food was bland, service was great. So, I thought I would give it a 2nd try, same thing, food fresh but bland. Tried the milkshakes, the Heath milkshake was sooooo sweet. Not wanting to waste money, I returned it and asked for a chocolate, it too was way too sweet and I just ended up tossing it in the trash; it was nothing more than a cup of overly sweet, super thick artificially flavored vanilla with some chocolate flavoring dumped in, it should not be considered a shake. I gave it two tries, I wont go again I can find chicken any time. I had nuggets the first time and a salad the 2nd time. If they dont make a few changes they may find themselves out of business PDQ.

Just wanted to take a moment to recognize a current employee, Maurice! I passed by the drive-thru this evening to grab a quick bite and had the pleasure of Maurice there to assit me and a friend. Maurice explained to me that he had been working since 11am in the morning and, despite working until close, was still in ridiculously high spirits! His service as well as his coworkers was quick but most importantly, his overrall customer service was absolutely outstanding at that hour! As for anyone else coming to visit this location, the customer service and atmosphere there is great! Thanks Maurice!

I was not particularly impressed by this visit to PDQ. The chicken tenders were alright, if a little on the small side, but the french fries were practically cardboard. I suspect they were sitting under the heat lamp for a little too long, otherwise they use a very poor quality of potato to make their fries. The service was acceptable if a bit static, but I did catch them in between lunch and dinner so perhaps people werent exactly in their normal meal rush mode. Would I go back? Maybe. But I would absolutely ask for the fries to be cooked fresh.

Horrible! I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich meal...I asked for no pickles. I bit in the sandwich...pickles...the chicken was too dry....my fries were old...very welted..unbelievable...my colleagues joked that my meal might of been a display meal...they had the grilled chicken caesar salad and crispy chicken salad...which they enjoyed...the sweet tea was good. Not sure id go back...but would stick to the salads...if i must.

They always make a mistake with my drive through order. Constantly. I want extra chicken one day and of course they forget it. Another day I order the same thing and get wrong salad with grilled chicken when I clearly stated buffalo fried chicken. People there look like they hate working there. Should find another job then. This has even happened to my father plenty of times when all we wanted was a simple salad

The folks here are good people. Friendly, kind, patient. Everything. On my most recent visit I was struggling to find room for my COCA COLA FREESTYLE BEVERAGE MACHINE SELECTION, and the woman at the window didnt sweat asking if she could throw something away for me. Huge points there. Also its just damn good chicken. The sauces are great, gotta go Buffalo bleu or if you cant take spicy, the creamy garlic.
