Con poco entusiasmo visite este local , pues no me gustan los self service.... me sorprendi al encontrar un salón muy limpio y con un excelente servicio. El personal fue muy amable y servicial , me orientaron y describieron diferentes platos y me ayudaron a decidir. La comida fue muy buena, buenos ingredientes y muy bien preparada. Decididamente volveré a visitarlos pero esta vez traeré a mi familia. Recomiendo este restaurant a quien quiera soborear la real comida peruana y en un ambiente amigable y con un personal atento y que decididamente saben otorgar un excelente servicio al cliente Felicito a la corporación por tener este tipo de restaurant y ojalá que pongan más tiendas de este tipo y con esta clase de personal tan bien capacitados para dar un buen servicio al cliente.

Dont get me wrong, I absolutely love La Granja. Its one of the best rotisserie chicken spots in South Florida and deserves 5 stars. Im giving this particular location 3 stars for the following reason. They have tried to stray away from the typical La Granja system which is order and pay at the counter, then sit down wherever you want. I waited in line for 8 minutes, then when I finally got to the counter they said this line was only for take out. They said I had to take a seat and one of their waiters would take care of me. A simple "wait to be seated" sign would have avoided the confusion. So I sat down and ordered what I always get, half chicken combo but swap out the plantains for a salad. For the first time ever in over 10 years of eating at La Granja, the waiter said it couldnt be done because "the computer wont allow it". It wasnt such a big deal but when youre hungry and already waited 8 minutes for no reason, it makes the situation worse. I got the yucca instead. On the bright side, the food was delicious, the place was clean and the staff seemed friendly. My rating reflects more of an inconvenience caused by this particular location. If you have never been to La Granja, I highly recommend it and you will not be disappointed. Their food is delicious.

Pésima presentación del Restaurant en términos de ambientación / lobby. El día de ayer fui a hacer una compra para llevar a las 9.40 pm y una empleada me dijo que ha pesar que ellos tienen el horario publicado de trabajo hasta las 10.00 pm, ellos iban a atender hasta las 9.45 pm, habiendo yo llegado a las 9.40 y después de haber manejado más de 30 minutos para llegar alli. Me gustaría que la corporación me contacte o el dueño de la franquicia para mostrarle las fotos. No recomiendo comer en las facilidades del restaurante y no vayas después de las 9.00 porque consigues el piso mojado, mesas recogidas y mal tratp.

The first time I ever visited a LaGranja was in Ft. Pierce and the food was delicious. My son loved the steak and I had the chicken steak which was very good. I then visited this P.Pines location and the food was HORRIBLE. The steak and chicken tasted like straight charcol, like it was cooked right on top of the charcol. Dry and most horrible taste ever. I told the waitress and she said "I know, I do not know why it tastes like that" so she must have had complaints before. I will try another location again but will never go back to this location.

Muy mala atencion y la manager una vieja ahi es una estupi...da. y el mesero y a veces trabaja de cajero que es alto y de espejuelos le faltó al respeto a mi mujer. Buena la comida pero tiene algunos empleados que no deberian estar ahi. Este es el que menos deberia estar ahi.

I love la granja in general. Their food is great tasting and their portions are generous. Also love the sauces. This location however, at pines and university has got to be by far, the worst member of the franchise. Service is slow and not the greatest. What top it off for me was that the last time I was there, the same people at the cash register were serving the food without any gloves. Call me picky but for me food + money is a no-way combination. I will not be going back to the location

Man oh man I only came here because I was hungry and the Jamaican restaurant next door didnt even have food ready. And then I remembered why I stopped going to granja. Besides the stingy soda and condiment portions, early closing time, and the flavourless steak I got, it would actually be a decent spot to go to. But its no Pollo, just a cheap knockoff.

The best part of this location is Lucho. Hes the manager and honestly if it wasnt for him this place would go down in flames. The food is always on point. It has changed a lot since a while back and they have improved their customer service. This is now a place Im glad to come and enjoy a meal and of course, say hi to Luchito.

Staff speaking on their phone, I have to ask the waitress for 2 glass of water for my kids, she never came to the table to check out if the food was good or not, food was salty, instead of chauffeur I thought that I was eating rice with eggs, all the sea food taste like eggs.

Worst place ever!!!! I asked for the special number 3 to take out but I change the banana for fresh fries, when I got home Im realize that they only gave me between 5 to 8 fresh fries!!! They are very cheap with the portion And the steak have no flavor ... I never come back

I usually hate chain restaurants. Honestly, I didnt expect much. This restaurant is in a strip mall. However, the food was very good, the prices excellent, and the utensils surgical clean. Thats better than I can say for a much higher priced restaurant just half a mile away.

La Granja is delicious put do not ever go to this location it is the worst of them all it took 30 minutes for them to bring me a 1/2 chicken meal and the bathrooms are a health code violation I have all ready called the health inspector so they can investigate

This place is not like the others granja, they have a waiter, no soda machine like the others that is bad and the service is really bad the charge me 2 time my food and then I hace to call my bank to cancel the extra charge...

Great place for a quick big bite. great prices. Service is good, Place is clean, The only thing I dont like is that they have to serve you wen you could just get the food your self. By them doin that you obligated to tip.
