We went there on Saturday after our babys baptism. Service was ver very slow. They only had 2 waiters initially, for the entire restaurant. We proceeded to place orders for Chicken Tikka Masala ( we were told it came with rice), vegetable samosas and Chicken Korma (we were told it came with rice too) and Mango Lassi drink. The waiter quickly told us not to order it as they didnt have it but even if they were to make it it would take "a very long time." He stressed this about 3 times. So we settled with water. We also asked for Kheer (rice pudding) and something else on the desert menu. However, same waiter told us both options were unavailable. Indian restaurant without rice pudding? never heard of that. The entrees finally arrived after 30 mins but with one small bowl of rice for my husband and I to share although we had ordered two different entrees. ...A group of 4 came in at this time and they sat just behind us. They ordered the Mango Lassi drink too. Suddenly, glasses of Mango Lassi trooped out from the kitchen! But I thought they were unavailable and would take very very long to make. When were ready to leave we asked the waiter why he misled us and he gave a flimsy excuse. He basically discouraged us from ordering what we really wanted and also gave the impression that although something is on the menu, it was the chefs prerogative to make it that day or not... On the plus side though, their food is delicious!

So disappointed with this place. Although it is extremely overpriced, the first time I went it was worth it because the food was very good (my first review is below). However, I have been back a few times and it is getting worse and worse. The food is usually old and of poor quality. I dont understand what has happened. Its not worth it. There are much better Indian places within a few miles. Ive spent a good portion of my spare time eating Indian food all over the country (and actually on almost every continent). At first, I was actually extremely put-off by the buffet price (14.95), particularly as there are places around that have good buffets/lunch specials for cheaper. I forced myself to go here despite the price, and I have to say that the food was, without exaggeration, unbelievable. It was some of the best Indian food Ive every had. Every dish was mind-blowing, and the tandoori chicken actually was the best Ive had, ever. Its worth the price. If you like Indian food, this food will blow your mind. I went in there very skeptical, but I will be back again and again. Everything down to the chutneys were really unbelievable. Whoevers cooking that food is an absolute master.

so we just came back from the lunch buffet on saturday. first thing i notice is the manager/owner stared me down for a welcome. fortunately the waiters were nice enuff to greet me. my big white roommate entered a few seconds later, n the same manager/owner suddenly gave him a big smile. anyway, so we get our food n all. few minutes later the same guy comes out with a laptop, talkin on the phone with a very street bombay accent (have travelled to india).the food was not bad, naan looked weird but tasted good, dessert was a lil kheer. but overall not bad. but the whole time i felt quite at unease cuz i cud sense his negative energy. and who likes that when ur eating ur food? we finish our food..n head on out. the waiters greet away. the guy gives me another stare down. becuz of this whole experience, will not be goin back.

My mom and I were very excited when we heard this restaurant was opening up in South Miami. Their online menu is extensive and lists items like dosai that they dont actually serve in the restaurant. During our visit today, our food was delicious, and all the dishes definitely appeared to be very fresh, and was worth the wait. Service, however was not great. Our waiter told us that we could not make any substitutions with the bread basket, while the couple at the next table were allowed to pick and choose their breads. We noticed that many customers had to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes before they were approached by wait staff to get their drinks or their appetizers, The tables are very closely packed, but their food is worth giving it another try!

This restaurant is not even worth 1 star. 1. The prices are too high and the gratuity should be customer wish but they forcefully add it to the bill. 2. In terms of customer service i never recommended this restaurant. 3. The quality of the food is not even up to mark. 4. Servers are too rash with customers and behaving rudely. After getting a table i requested for water 5 times and waited for almost 25 minutes. And when they walk by our table and if we ask anything then the way of answering is not at all good. I left the restaurant in the middle with even having food . So i never recommended this restaurant.

Food was good, thats just about it. Servers were all over the place our food took over an hour (butter chicken and chicken tikka masala) then the garlic naan was served stale and cold. They Charge 3.00 for a glass of soda... Even though they pour it from a can. Staff is unprofessional no host do you have to wait by the door until your seen, took us about 10 minutes to be seated and restaurant was not even full. $5 for a garlic naan is a bit over priced. Might come back for pick up but will order 3 hours in advance

Very arrogant staff. Owner please teach your staff basic manners. They behave as if Im here to have free food. This is not just my word. Most of the Indians have the same felling. OR If you dont want to your place to be visited by Indians, do mention that. Coming to food, it was good initially but eventually its not that great. Its very costly to. All said and done. I cant walk in to a restaurant who dont treat people well even though you give me best food.

Their online website specifies that they have the lunch buffet special until 3:30pm. So I arrived at the restaurant at 2:15pm with my friend and to my expectation was told to leave because they would be closing at 3:00pm. I then stated that I had almost an hour to eat and they told me since they had a large party they would be closing down the restaurant even earlier. Horrible customer service and extremely unprofessional.

The food was outstanding , they are new in business but very busy on weekends. The staff is very polite and goes an extra mile to deliver best service even though they were short staffed on weekends. The Tandoori dishes are outstanding and a must experience. The best has so far and in the heart of South Miami. 7 Stars to the Indian team I am taking my whole family next weekends.

Shame on this restaurant. The food is ok but I can not believe the dishonesty of the employees here. I paid more than 15% tip(in cash) and when I look at my account today, I noticed that they charged me an additional $8 on my bill. What a shame. I dont know how many more customers they cheated on in the past but make sure you double check your card after eating on this place.
