They used to have friendly staff. Now they have grumpy teens who look like they hate life. Definitely not the first place Id go to for breakfast when everyone there looks and acts so rudely. I came inside to ask for a menu because I had a dog and before I could even open my mouth the cashier (young male with dirty blonde hair) immediately told me I couldnt be in there. I said I wanted a menu and he handed me the catering menu.... Well I guess since I cant go inside and you wont give me the appropriate menu, I wobr be eating here. Parking is horrid and there outside area is always a mess. Last time Im. Coming here

It shows ,anyone can buy a franchasie. I will upload a photo of the flies hanging out on the tables/ I emailed an email to corporate office. I never heard anything postive about this Dirty looking ,old place. There were flies hanging around the tables, The Coffee sucks, I tried this place and I hated it. Why don;t they clean the garbage cans with soap and water, This is a cheap Franchaise. Starbucks is 1000 percent superior. This is like a Coffee shop from the 1950s. Stay away from this phony coffee shop wanna be Starbucks .NOT

I placed a to-go order from them today - bought a fruit cup and a cheese and bacon bagel; very disappointing to say the least! How hard is it to make an egg and bacon bagel? regardless Im given the wrong order because they decided to add cheese after I clearly said bacon and egg only. In addition to this, the fruit cup that had rotten strawberries in it! I took some pictures of it that Im going to share on Yelp. Terrible experience! I dont recommend this place at all.

Foods is ok but customer service is seriously LACKING. Maybe they wouldve got the food right if they asked instead of arguing and giving me a bunch of things I never asked for. I asked for a sandwich straight off the menu and me was offered a plate of tomatoes? And the guy told the ladies add cream cheese when I clearly said TOMATO SPREAD ON THE SIDE. WUS UP. Im not coming here anymore truly

Einstein is the place to have bagels and the best coffee what they are lacking is more stores they need more stores around the Homestead area there is none theres only two one on 1 22nd Ave. and Kendall and the other one is in South Miami they need some Ill toward Homestead but we drive there every day to have our bagels and coffee its worth it trust me.

Great bagel shop with a wide selection. Never had a New York bagel so I wouldnt be able to compare, but their breakfast sandwiches are great. Everything is a bit on the expensive side for a quick breakfast and they tend to run out of a lot of things about 2-1 hours before they close. It can get really full in mornings so be prepared for long lines.

I go here weekly on Sundays at different times. And they are always out of their bagel thins. I dont understand why. Please take it off your menu so I dont come there with expectations of this being available. Ill contact their headquarter once I have free time to see if this is a management problem.

Love their bagels! I go there whenever I can. They lost a couple if stars because they do not understand the concept "a side of bacon." They tried to give me one slice of bacon cut in three as an order for $2. I was not having it. Their bagels and smears are Amazing though.

Location is a pretty standard Einstein Bros. Bagel location. This location gets a 4 star because on a few occasions Ive heard a particular staff member speaking disrespectfully about customers. Be prepared to wait as theres usually a line. @pandaportions

Not the best run Einstein. Its always crowded and the staff seems to be unorganized. I waited 16 minutes for a smoothie because no one wanted to make it and after I asked for my money back they were visibly angry about having to make it.

They have free valet parking in the back when the few spaces up front are taken. I usually have a bagel sandwich and they always come out good from this location. The times Ive been, their service is speedy.

I was waiting 25 minutes to get my order, they missed one of my cream cheese bagel for 20 minutes, and when I was on my my way to work I noticed it was a wrong bagel!!!!...everyone got their orders except me.

Lunch bagels are good. The bagels are good. The eggs are gross. They burn your bagel sometimes, and it makes the whole place stink of burning bread. Unsure why that often happens at this store specifically.

Quick service and excellent food. Over 20 bagels and lost of choices in toppings. Coffee made my morning, vanilla hazelnut. There were 4 different pots on. I wish we had one closer to home.
