I was a regular at this Fridays, but they can kiss this loyal customer goodbye. I came here with some family on a Friday night. The tables were halfway clean, but we didnt make a big fuss about it and managed to clean it up fully before sitting. The server was okay (at first), and the food was decent, but the so called manager was totally rude (she was a heavyset African American woman beware of her if you dare visit this location). When the bill came, the server mentioned that their system went down. He left, then came back and apologized about not being able to process my payment after trying several times. He then went from being friendly and pleasant to flustered and rude as if I did something wrong. He called his manager and then stormed out the restaurant. When the manager arrived, she stated that my payment didnt go through because I didnt have sufficient funds. I knew that I had more than enough money in my account so I quickly checked my bank account balance from my mobile app. They swiped my card so much that my all my funds were gone. I showed her on my banking app where the money was taken out of my account TWICE with a THIRD pending charge, but because their janky system wasnt working they claimed the payments werent showing on their end. By the time they went to swipe my card for a FOURTH time, all my money was gone! She insisted that my bank was wrong and that I needed to call them and allow her to swipe my card again. Really?! Customers should pay multiple times because YOUR system went down, even when I showed proof that you did in fact receive multiple payments?! Needless to say, I never got an apology, or phone call to have it rectified as she promised. Luckily, when I called my bank the next day, they were able to have the excess charges removed.The food here is okay, but they seem to have a problem with simple transactions. Save yourself the the hassle of coming here unless you dont mind being locked inside the restaurant as if youre a thief because of THEIR system issues. All the good staff that was here is clearly no longer! They also dont follow their own business hours and lock the doors way earlier than theyre supposed to. Not sure what happened to this place within the past couple of years.

We placed an order for a bbq flat bread to go at 12- 15 am after a half hour passed the manager walked by so I inquired about my order. She asked me who I ordered it with and why I didnt go ask her. She then walked over to her and they both went in the back. The cashier then came back with the order Saif have a good night and tossed the straw for the drink in the bag and walked away. There was no napkins or flatware in the bag. My bf decided to go back in and inquire. He spoke to the manager who said she doesnt know whats going on with the cashier tonight. I the customers were there complaining about the wait time as well. He Said Well Youre THE Manager What Are You Going To Do About it??? Her reply was you have to file a complaint with the cooperate office and gave him the name of the cashier. He told her he will and left. The Flatbread was very cold to where the cheese was already solid so we couldnt eat it and the manager is useless so we had to throw it out and get something else. Waste of time and unprofessional if you ask me!!!!!

This place is not even fit for 1 star or to even be called a restaurant. I went there with my family and it took the waitress 30 minutes to finally come and ask us what we wanted to drink. And she only came because we told her no one had come to our table yet. It took her 20 more minutes to bring our drinks and another 10 minutes to bring our sons drink. Then when she brought us our appetizer, it was supposed to be loaded potatoe skins plain wings with buffalo sauce on the side and pot stickers. The loaded potatoe skins looked like dried up wheat bread with raw bacon on it. You could clearly tell the food was cooked in old grease. Also the wings had splashes of buffalo sauce on it. It was the most horrible experience ever. We didnt even touch the food because we were so disgusted!! The regional manager needs to go in there and fire everyone and start the place up again with a whole new staff and defenitely with people that KNOW how to cook.

I travel all the time and always go to Fridays and this has been by far the worst Fridays I have gone to every Friday all around the world and have never had a problem. This Fridays should be shut down or they need to clean house they have a manager there that should be the first one fired or should be demoted to the janitorial position which has no point of contact with customers. The point of opening up a business is for repeat customers and I will make sure that out of word of mouth no one steps foot into this Fridays. I am a very understanding person and once seeing how I had so many problems with food and service and all that was.given to.me was $4 Off a bill of $100 is an insult. I have been in the hospitality buiness.for 13 years and unfortunately you have chosen the wrong manager and you should retrain or re consider the position and the last case sinariool would-be to terminate her.

Went yesterday with a party of 5, absolutely the worst service ever, with a disgusting manager. We were put on the waiting list to be sat down, and were told it would be 20 minutes, only to find out 50 minutes later that our names were crossed out. We were sitting directly in front of the 2 hostesses. Speaking to the manager, his answer was "I dont know, it happens 99% of the time, I cant do anything about it." Later on, he had went to every table around us to have a nice conversation, expect ours. A friend who just turned 21 a week prior had ordered a drink only to be denied a vertical ID. By the time we got our first endless appetizer, it was 2 hours after we had entered the doors, next appetizer came about 40 minutes later. Food was cold, of course. One order came out wrong, so we had to wait an additional time to receive next appetizer. Why is this place even open?

We are not regulars at this particular location but we wont be dining here ever again. We had to wait 30 minutes to be seated although we could clearly see about 10 open tables (there were only 4 people in my party). When we were finally seated, our server came to take our drink orders. It took 30 minutes for us to get our food. We ordered 2 salads and 2 entrees, one being a steak that was ordered medium rare. When we got our food, the steak was well done but we continued to eat anyway. She reached over my plate to drop the food off several times which immediately put me at the end of my rope. I asked our server for a side of ranch for my salad and it took 10 minutes before she brought it. To top it all off, I then found a hair in my salad. Im thoroughly disgusted by the attitude of the server and our overall experience. I wont be returning to this location.
