Based on a previous review, it seems I am not the only individual who had seen or had an insect on their food. However, unlike my fellow peer, I would not recommend anyone to eat Chinese food from them. Yesterday evening was the first time I had ever eaten Chinese rice from them, but the third time ordering the crab rangoon. Regarding the rice, I had better and carb Rangoon was fried with a dead insect on them. I called the restaurant to notify them of the dead insect I found on my food and they offered to change it for me, but I refused. How could anyone want to eat anything from a restaurant you now consider un-sanitized? I advise the man on the phone I want my money back, which he asked for his food back. Surely, I was glad to bring the food back b/c I really didnt want it. The rice taste awful and I wanted to show the evidences to the coworker/manager regarding what I had found. When I show him, the owner/manager, the dead insect on the food, the manager/owner said "Its no fly" as if the dead insect on the food was no problem and I could still eat it. Shoot, the insect had wings so its a fly in my book. He also began showing me one of his products as if to say I may have placed the the dead insect myself or I did not buy the item in his restaurant, which is ridiculous b/c the receipt was taped to the rice container. Throughout that conservation, he had not once uttered an apology. I would have thought of coming back or doing business with the restaurant if he had just did that, but he didnt. I spent $21 dollars for my meal and he intially was going to give me $14 b/c I had ate the food. However, after I threaten to call the department of health and food services on him, he decided to give me a dollar more. I took the money to defuse the situation b/c I had no argument in me and I had made it in my mind I was going to call health services. If I had not spoken to a patron outside, who apparently knows the owner, about eating at this place, I would not have gotten the rest of my money back. Yet, I am still filing a complaint SN: Why would a restaurant owner ask for their food back? I dont know, maybe he wants to resale it back to the public b/c surely he did not throw away the rice in front of me when I brought the rice back to the restaurant. Just check channel 10 news website and this restaurant has 26 violations

First of all, delivery guy hassled me about needing to give him two bucks in cash, when I opted to pay by card and nothing was mentioned when I ordered. Second, food was pretty horrible. Edible, but not enjoyable. Came to me cold. Crab Rangoon had less than half a teaspoon of filling...just wonton shell really. Rice was absolutely flavorless and overcooked. Ordered szechuan beef extra spicy and it had no flavor whatsoever. No spice and I dont even think they used salt to season it. Terrible customer service. We walked in, started looking at the menu, asking her questions, she vaguely gave us answered then picked u the phone to take orders. Then we were ready to order she started taking the order then took another order over the phone in the middle of our order. Were like were on lunch we need to go, and threatened to go to subway instead. She did not care and just waved at us. So we walked out, she didnt even tried to stop us. That is really terrible customer service, shes driving customers away.

I start odering from this place some time ago never had a problem in till today April 30 2017 i order the food payed with my debt card and i checked my debt card they charged me more then what she said my amount was call back to the reastuart then im explaining to her that she over charged me then she act like she didnt understand nothing then put me on hold so i gave up so basically they stole my money and i wont be ordering here at all no more.

I wanted some Chinese food for Christmas. Since this was the only place open around me I decided to give them a try. I should have listen to the reviews. I had the honey chicken which was more like chicken nuggets with honey on the side. I also had the Crab Rangoon and like the reviews it was pretty much a wonton with barely in anything inside it. The customer service was fine for which is why I gave them two stars instead of one.

Horrible horrible horrible! It doesnt taste the same like it did for the past 2 years; they mustve got anew disgusting cook . The chicken was stale and looked so expired once you bite into it youll see for yourself , the ham fried rice tasted so plain like water . The food scent was like wild birds (birds) so nasty please do not order from here dont waste your money :( I regret this . I threw it away gag !!

I ordered food for delivery, the driver was very rude. 5 minutes after I ordered I called back and asked for duck sauce and was told that the driver was already on his way so I couldnt get any sauce. I then called the restaurant to speak with the manager then an employee pretended to be the manager and he named himself "Micheal". I am also disappointed with food because it tasted burnt. DO NOT EAT HERE !!!!!

I am a big chinese food junkie so when I moved to North Miami I tried several chinese restaurants in search of my new favorite! They were either too expensive or the food or service was terrible!!!! This place is reasonably priced and the food is amazing! The people are extremely friendly as well!!! I order from here at least 3x a week!

Good portions (what Chinese doesnt though) General Tsos chicken was good, fried rice could use more flavor. Crab cheese cream thingys are yummy and crunchy. Beef lo mein could also use a little more flavor, though the veggies were fresh and crunchy and the meat was soft and a good amount! Wouldnt go out of my way to eat here though.

HORRIBLEEE!!!! Worse Chinese Food ever tasted. I order for delivery Special Fried Rice with Sweet and Sour Chicken. I must say that the Rice had nooo taste what so ever. The chicken didnt had any taste either. The person who took my order was sooo rude and impatient. I just finished throwing their menu to the garbage. NEVER AGAIN.

The food was good but I was upset they would not refund me when there was a fly cooked with my chicken. There was also hair in my food. I understand they were unaware & it was a mistake but I would have like to have been refunded. Otherwise the food is good & the delivery is quick. I would recommend them.
