I walked to this place in Aventura Mall, this Tuesday June 27th, between 8:00 to 9:00 pm. I have given you two stars, not because of your hamburgers, but because of the unfriendly, unkind, somehow rude employees that work there. When we walked in, they were chatting and having fun amongst themselves, but when it came into interacting with customers, they were unfriendly, no smiles. I must point out the worst was the girl in charge of the grill and making of the hamburger, awful girl! I would suggest more interracial employees to avoid somehow a feeling of discrimination.

Went here with my girlfriend, bought a combo meal but the experience was terrible. Messy lobby that no one seems to notice or care, dirty bathrooms, messy tables, and staff with an attitude along with the facial expression that screams (I hate this job, screw customer satisfaction). The food was made poorly, both sandwiches were soggy and the flavor was stale while the fries were just as bad. The drinks were refreshing but thats it. For such an expensive mall, I had bigger expectations that were failed miserably at this food joint. Will not return here.

Awesome experience first time going to it in aventura.Love that you guys put the peanuts never remove it all my famy and friends go there for peanuts burgers fries shake.e.t.c. loved it never leave that location I will definitely recommended If you want to go there thanks BTW never remove fries,burgers, peanuts,and soda machine I love ginger ale vanilla and ice also shake

Neue Location im 3. Stock in der Aventura. Ziemlich versteckt in der Ecke neben dem Kino. Egal, für Hardcorefans ist kein Weg zu weit. :)

Too expensive !!! Just had some regular fries and payed almost 5 $. Expensive in comparison to other fast food chains. Lot of staff. However, the service is not the quickest.

Food looks so much better in pictures than when you taste it, the fries and burger didnt have any flavor, the only thing that kept me going was eating everything with ketchup

The hot dogs and fries are delicious, but they need to add sauerkraut to the menu. I am a Native New Yorker; therefore, I need sauerkraut on my hot dogs.
