Sharocka Rocks. Its been some years that I havent go to a Boston Market but I decided to go to one today (7/21/17 around 3 something) and I had an amazing experience. There was two young ladies that were serving the foods and they both made my experience an unforgettable experience. Sharocka is great at what she does. She is great people person and her attitude is so welcoming. I live 3 hours away but I do come to that area at least once every other month and because of my experience, I will definitely go back. I didnt get a chance to get the other young lady name (sorry). Overall my experience was fast but enough to be memorable. See you soon Sharocka.

We always enjoy the food at Boston market. The experience today was not the best, the person that was serving was incredibly nonchalant about the huge line that was forming. She had no eye contact, did not smile, and did not have any dialogue with anyone in line except the necessary. There was a bright point because the individual in the back that was cutting the chicken would ask those in line if we had been served or not and tried moving the line along by taking the meat orders himself. Overall, we are all accustom to waiting in line but when there is a smile then you cant even feel that youre waiting.

Their quality control leaves a lot to be desired. As my husband put it, some of the sides tasted and looked like they had been sitting for 3 days. The meatloaf was dried out as well and yet the cornbread was gummy. I had to specifically request fresh stuffing unless I want eved the dried out stuff scraped off the bottom. And this was all at 6:30 on a Sunday evening. I can see why they were empty. I could have spent my hard earned $55 (meal for 6 plus extras) elsewhere. Sorry to say, never again. And they used to be good

I like boston market but this location his horrible! The food is tasteless and watered down even the chicken... Understand this I stopped eating Bosston Market for a few years because they served me under cookeed chicken so I thought all places was the same...absolutely not, its just this location...and they skimp u on the tasteless food, everything taste generic/powder(ish)/ can(ish).. All 3 times that Ive gone there and yesterday put a stamp on it!.... Go to another one

Horrible service, particularly from Joselyn. Four orders went in front of me before they stopped ignoring me over mashed potatoes!!! When they came out, they fulfilled another ordr and then spilled gravy all over eveything so the bag was nasty. Luckily the cashier was nice enough to notice and fixed it for me. Never coming back here again anyway...

Mediocre food at a reasonable price. Boston Market is an ok self serve type of restaurant. The cashier and servers are minimally polite. It is a cafeteria style restaurant/ fast food establishment. The food is bland and it does offer a few desserts, like cookies and slices of cake. Ive had better and Ive had worse.

Customer service was excellent, extremely helpful and friendly staff who were very patient with someone who hasnt been there in a while (me!). Took the time to go over meals and sides, and also asked if Id like to wait for fresh sides to come out. Food was average though, wasnt impressed. Service - A Food - C+

Love Boston Market but lately budget is not on the menu. $20 combo meal takeout for one never again and, forget the ribs unless you enjoy retirement food. Chicken and meatloaf always a winner and I can never decide on the side theyre all worth their weight in calories.

Im here now. Have been here since 7:50p they have no chicken on a Saturday night during the dinner rush. Waiting almost 30 minutes now for a "15 minute " wait on chicken. They should close their doors if they cant serve what they specialize in.

This is a good location, but sometimes the line can be a little long. Staff is professional and we have never had an issue with getting what we wante even towards closing time. Othe locations seem to run out of things.

6 people working here and the food sits on the counter getting cold before the cashier rings it up. No attention to expediting service. The staff talk amongst themselves as if they are at home and not at work.

Service is extremely quick & pleasant. Food is always fresh and tasty. Loaded mashed potatoes & sweet potatoes are a must try. The only downside is it seems like theyre always running out of a few sides.

The place is not well run. Who doesnt have chicken at a chicken joint at dinner time? Only these place. They said five minute wait and 25 minutes later still waiting so left. Wont be back again!

Conveniently located across from the Broward Mall. The restaurant is full of many healthy options for a fast food chain. I rated it a 4 stars because the service tends to be a little slow here.

Delicious meat loaf meal. Perfect for a quick, but not fast food meal to enjoy at home. I would not recommend the Mac and cheese though. It was bland and there are plenty of other options.
