First we get there and the lobby is closed due to employee leaving early. The lady who did show up was so wonderful. Shes the best thing about the experience. What damn hotel has a broken pool with green water? THIS ONE!!!!!! We are here to pick up kids from grandparents and had hope to being the kids back to swim. NOT GONNA HAPPEN!!! We will never be back!!!
