This place is HORRIBLE! They are located in an area that should be able to serve a lunch in an hour - considering they are located around businesses downtown. Met there for lunch and it took an hour just to get my food, the other two people I was with didnt get their food until AFTER I was done. The food wasnt cooked correctly. The service was horrible. Never got refills - placed an order for the refills and she never brought them. Food was disgusting and greasy, fries were hard and tasted like they were sitting around for hours. NEVER going back - gave them a few chances and everytime its an absolutely horrible experience - I wouldnt recommend it to anyone!

I would of have a zero but wasnt available we got there at 615 did not leave till ten till 8 still half of us did not have our food drinks took 10 min every time ...asked for a manager because we just wanted our checks to leave because we had to get to a concert ... 25 min later .... offered us shots did not even offer to compensate the people who were taking there food to go we were Sat the same time as two tables beside us we watched them get apps then dinner then box theres up sit and we still had nothing ... completely unacceptable to be in a restraunt for almost 2 hours and not have food

Mr. Louie, today was my birthday(4/8) and I was at your restaurant on west 3rd, in Cleveland, Ohio. I water 30 minutes for my appitizer and an hour for my meal. This is unacceptable and the store general manager could care less. After arguing with him he reduced the $67 bill to $32, I felt like it should have been free and I told him he was not a good manager and I would not recommend anyone to eat there. They served half cooked rice pilaf. It was terrible and will not ever eat there again. I hope Mr. Louie gets this message.

Bar Louie .... smh This ran thru end corner mess dont even deserve a star more like a few citations.... the jerk chicken & shrimp taste like chop Suey with 3 pcs of shrimp the spinach and artichoke dip was lukewarm frost the fried fish was soooo greasy it wasnt edible..... I did leave a tip maybe the male waiter will buy a nail brush and nail clipper or even a clue!! Staff looked dingy didnt notice until they turned television volume off and sang along to Gucci Mane latest tune....NO NEED TO RESPOND ILL NEVER RETURN *

2 friends and I came in to watch game 5 of the finals. After sitting at the bar for 30 mins we see we see the bartender whispering about us to a co worker then security comes over and tells us "if we arent going to be paying customers then we have to leave" really? When I proceeded to order a water while my friend looks at the drink menu, he says I cant do that. Very rude, terrible service and I will never spend my money in there, and Ill be sure to tell every one I know about this experience

Oh, Ive been to Bar Louie! Great food. Very neat place to dine - with friends too. The staff people were just wonderful. I even got a tour of the basement. Ive got pictures Ill post soon. There is a private party room in the basement. Great place. Got a walking tour of the place, from one of the servers, and from the manager. The building has a lot of history and the management is eager to share about it! I recommend Bar Louie, their food, and the flavor of the place! ~~~Nancy

Bartender Madison put her finger in a customers drink to get something out of it and served it to the customer! The "manager" at the time said he spoke with her. She LIED and said she didnt. No one offered to make this young lady another drink because they know she didnt see it. I went and told the girl what my friend and I saw. A simple remake of the drink wouldve sufficed. I will be calling corporate.

The service was slow and lackluster, the pretzels were cold and chewy, and the sangria drink was super overpriced (that pricing not having been listed..so I guess its my fault for not asking). It was $1 burger night and they forgot my sauce and brought it out afterwards, so at least I saved $0.25! With all the other options down near there I dont think Ill be back to this location.

The food here is the worst Ive had at a Bar Louis. I frequently order the California chicken club at Bar Louies in general. When I got it at this one, initially the avocado was the texture of an orange rind. they remade it and the second time the chicken literally tasted like rubber. At that point I gave up. Beer was good though. and staff is usually pretty good.

Slow service. We got unwashed dirty lettuce, no utensils and no napkins. While being ignored by one waitress, we returned the lettuce ourselves and fetched our utensils. We got the lettuce washed up a couple of minutes later, not completely clean and a couple of leaves less. Burger was ok but nothing special. Only thing giving it an extra star were the cocktails.

On a road trip from Boston to Chicago, my friends and I stopped in Cleveland and we ate dinner here. The food was delicious and the service was great. The only thing is that we were sitting next to a door that leads to the outdoor tables, and as the waiters kept going through those doors, they kept slamming. Other than that, we all enjoyed our experience here.

Absolutely love the atmosphere every time!! The food and drinks are always pleasing. Be sure to catch specials during the week, especially Happy Hour from 4p -7p ($5.25 select martinis and half off appetisers). Watch parking at the downtown location, be sure to valet or garage park, otherwise you are likely to be ticketed and/or towed!! - Enjoy!!!

I ordered clams... they were bad. They didnt open! Gave them back... with the reduced to salty sauce and still not opened... i had to wait for ever... Asked for butter... (they dont serve it) so I got a piece of old butter from the refrigerator. After explained that I was hungry I finally got 3 pretzels with strange dipping.

Came in and was sitting for an hour. Tried to wave down a few waiters and waitress. They looked at me and walked away. Ended up going to the bar and was told someone will be over..,never came. Went back up to the bar to be told what I wanted wAs out an hour ago!!!! If I wouldve gotten service I wouldve had it. Annoyed!!!

There was only 3 or 4 tables at the restaurant and our service was terrible. A member of our party didnt get the beer he ordered until just before the food came. Very infrequent visits from the server, so we ended up having to waive down the server in order to order food.

Hospitality was amazing! There was a downpour before dinner and I ran into the restaurant soaking wet. The staff got me some towels and Rocco Whalen went and got dry clothes for me. On top of the hospitality the food and drinks were delicious.

Service was probably the worst I experienced in a restaurant. I am a hotel manger and know great hospitality. it would take a hour to receive a drink. I stayed for 2 hours and barely received 2 drinks. Im sorry but I probably will not return.
