My review is pretty much a definition of a mixed one. The food was really good, even though the selection on the poorer side. But my wife and I both agreed the quality of sushi and their rice - just SUPERB. However, visiting hundreds of Chinese and Japanese All-you-can-eat restaurants, never Ive experienced somebody rushing us, pretty much kicking us out of the restaurant, just because they started to serve dinner. They did ask us, when we arrived 22 minutes before dinner starts, if we wanted to purchase a dinner, but never told us that we only had 22 minutes of all-we-could-eat - if we didnt. All other times Ive experienced buffet restaurant at this time of the day, they would politely display signs identifying dinner only selections. Lets be real, after 20 minutes or so, all your lunch guests will be gone anyway... Sometimes by gaining a little (this case any dinner food lunch guests could stumble upon) you lose a lot. Although we live in the west coast of FL, we travel right by your restaurant on regular basis and we will NOT be back neither we can recommend it to any of our clients.

The food is not that good. I order drinks, 15 minutes went by and I still dont get my drink. My son found a long hair that was stuck in a chicken teriyaki. They said that it it is buffet so other customers might have left it there. That single hair was literally in the meat. At first they wanted to not charge my son and then they change their mind to only gave me "sorry" and 15% discount. When I think back of it I feel like throwing up. Are you really PROFESSIONAL??? All those five star reviews, everyone can see that those are from your families and those pictures online looks very "professional" compare to the real food. Excuse me! I really dont care about that little amount of money. There was no-one sitting next our table. Are you saying that you are that customer? If I put that hair in the food then how come its coming out of the meat and sticking to it causing my son to almost swallowing it!? I am also Asian so no need to this to you, such a shame.

Amigos les puedo decir que conoci este restaurant en el mes de Abril del 2010 y de verdad que quede muy satisfecho con su comida, su buen servicio y sobre todo la higiene del sitio. Me gusto tanto que volvi tres veces mas. Les recomiendo que vayan con bastante apetito. Que podrian mejorar: Definitivamente les hace falta un local mas grande. En tu proxima visita no dejes de visitarlos no te arrepentiras.

DO NOT COME HERE! Horrible service, tasteless OLD food, nothing fresh! As soon as my husband and I sat down to eat our first plate, we had a feeling something was off. It was empty. When we ate a few bites it was horrid! When we explained to them our experience they were more concerned about us paying before leaving. Our plates were barely touched. "You waste our food, you have to pay" They didnt even care about us! They wanted money for old food we couldnt even eat! They didnt even have a sushi boat. This place is overrated! Never coming here again

Espectacular Sushi !!! Todo lo que puedas comer a U$S 15 + bebidas :) Muy buena comida y atencion !!!! (cierran temprano). Loved the place very good food for the price, clean and well taken. Came back twice. On the bad side, they close too early.

This has got to be the worst sushi/chinese restaurant everrr. Ugly and outdated to say the least. Smallest selection of food Ive seen in a buffet. Its dinner time and the food pans are practically empty. You can tell the salmon has been sitting in that water all day and theres only the crust of the rice left. Actually extremely disappointed. Come and see for yourself if you dare pay the 20$ im about to pay for the so called food I just ate. Not to mention the 300 waiters for the 5 ppl in here right now.

This is the best bang for your buck in Doral if youre into Japanese food. Its only $10 if you make it in before 12pm and you can have alll the sushi you can eat! Theres also yummy deserts and a Hibachi grill if you want to mix it up and customize your own meal. Personally, I think its the best quality Japanese buffet in Doral.

Love this place! I come pretty often. Services are great and the people are nice. Not only do I come alone, but my coworkers and I also come as a group from time to time. The chef is A1! Last time I came with my roommate, the chef made us our own special order of vegetarian sushi. I didnt even know if those existed ☺️

never go back to this place is a mess, the OOD is cold, no selection, for three children and two adults they charged me 93.00 dollars, we were at the Orlando buffet, its great, and only paid 53.00 dollars, but this Doral place, not recommended, and this is rubbish over priced.

If you are looking for quantity over quality, you have arrived at the right place. Ichiban offers an unlimited buffet of Japanese food, including Nigiri Sushi, Sashimi and Sushi Roll. If you don’t like Japanese food or raw fish, they also offer a wide variety of Chinese food.

I used to go to ichiban a lot, specially when they first opened. Since then, everythings been falling apart, food quality just keeps getting worse. You might want to go for all you can eat sushi rolls, but selection is very small. BTW this is mostly a Chinese buffet.

The food that was supposed to be cold was warm, and the food that was supposed to be warm was cold. There is a sign on the wall that says if you "waste" food they will charge you an extra 20%. The facilities are dirty and the price is exaggerated for what you get.

I came here with my fathers co-workers and I was very satisfied with the selection of Japanese sushi and Chinese plates. I do however think my fathers co-workers ruined the ambience of the atmosphere with their loudness! But overall a good place to eat.

15 dolar per person and you eat the same than other place where you just pay 7,99 ? toooooo expensive for the same food. An other topic is that this restaurant is not Japanese, is just chinesse! I dont recomend this place. Sorry!
