I was at Fridays last night (April 16) with my family in Miami, and the food was HORRIBLE. It was the Dolphin Mall location. Paid way too much ($23.00) for rib eye and shrimp with mashed potatoes, spinach, and mac and cheese and it was soooo bad. The medium well rib eye was completely cooked through/ well done; the mac and cheese had some weird cheese sauce thing (probably out of jar) instead of real cheese; the spinach was supposed to be steamed but it was like it was warmed in the microwave for 10 seconds--NOT COOKED; the mashed potatoes tasted like they were poured from a box; and the shrimp had this weird, bitter breading on it. The same weird, bitter breading was on top of the mac and cheese. No good. Didnt even eat most of it. Took it home because if I had thrown it away, it would have been a total waste of money. I had three sides because I ordered mac and cheese but they brought me mashed potatoes, so they had to bring the mac that I ordered too. My mom ordered the same thing and they messed hers up, too. We waited 2 hours for our food after ordering. And, yes, we had a big group BUT pairs of us within our group ordered separately. Why are my family members who ordered 40 minutes before me still waiting to get their food two hours later!? We ordered drinks and didnt get the for 30 minutes. And later, I was told I couldnt have free refills on a drink that was clearly marked refills on the menu. The waitress still brought the refill but I had to show her where it said it in the menu so she wouldnt think I was trying to bully her. She was a sweet young lady and might have been new, so I wont be too hard on her. The employees just seemed too lackadasical. I will say that they young lady who served us did have my moms entree taken off the check because she HATED her food, so that was ok, but really we should have taken mine off, too. Most of our party said their food was just ok or not very good. Mine was just bad. I would not go back. Bad service, terrible food.

I came here on a Saturday afternoon to have drinks with my sister, although their menu is not my favorite, my sister insisted as she comes here quite often. Unfortunately as we were ordering drinks my sister was told her ID needed to be swipe on a little machine they have to verified her age. She is over 21 but she has a vertical ID and the magnetic strip is faded. The first manager came, intended to swipe ID and said it will not work, we asked her to see her date of birth to verified ID and she said it was fine. We assumed my sister will be getting her drink as this is the first time they mentioned such policy, which by the way is not in the entrance, neither drink menu. As I got my drink and my boyfriend, we asked what about her drink to our server and he mentioned he couldnt serve her the drink. We asked to see the manager and another manager came with the machine, intending to swipe the ID again. As we explained her the other manager had tried to do it and since ID is faded on the back she left not saying anything about my sister not able to get the drink. We would it have left right there, however after asking our server on her drink status he bought another manager and this manager said they base on policy need to be able to verified ID. We asked what is the machine supposed to said and she said the age. So we asked her to verified date of birth on ID which clearly states her age but she insisted the machine needed to verify it. So I asked her why is her policy no stated in the door for users to be aware before they even consider going in. She had nothing to say, we requested the bill and she mentioned we still needed to pay for the other drinks that were bought to the table, even though we didnt touch them. I think it is ridiculous they dont have this policy listed on their door, i would not have wasted 30 minutes of my Saturday otherwise. Based on this situation, i will never come back.

This restaurant sucks because their management is a horrid waste of liars, dishonest, misrepresenters. When the management sucks, what to expect? These people are suppose to close at 2 AM with last call for food at 1:30 AM but does that ever happen? Hardly ever. Most of the time, you will drive up there thinking they will be open at 12 AM but theyll invariaby be closed (What a shock!!) and of course management as enablers to bad behavior will lie and come up with every excuse in the book to justify their selfish, dishonest, careless behavior. Bottom line is the managers at this location, Lazaro Dominguez and his sidekick Tabitha just dont care about you the customer. They want to get their lazy, sorry behinds out of their place of work (That gives them FREE money) as early so the heck with the customer. I say FREE money because they sure arent working to the benefit of the restaurant or its shareholders and certainly NOT for the interests of the customer --yeah, theyre working for the benefit and whim of the employees!! Fridays at dolphin mall sucks HUGE!!!!!!!!!!!! Shame on you TGI Fridays selfish managers. Get a real job!! I am forced to give 1 STAR but what I really want to do is take away STARS instead. Loafers!!

My family and I went to this location on August 19, 2017. We were just serve our dinner and my hubby asked the server for the check because they normally take forever to bring it. My hubby got the check and put the money aside and started eating. As we are sitting down eating are food there was a emergency at dolphin mall with a shooter and everyone started running out of the restaurant worry for there lives. Dolphin Mall and its restuarant were evcatuated due to the shooter.My hubby and I carried are kids and ran out. We could finish are food and since it was a emergency out of no where my hubby left the money for the check on the table. We order 2 Jack Daniels Sampler and 2 kids meal and we left payment for food we didnt eat. I called to speak to a manager and a so called Manager pick up the phone Karen. This lady was very unprofessional . I told her what had happened and she refuse to help me. She didnt offer me a refund or credit for the food that we couldnt eat because of the emergency. Im very disappointed in my experience at this location. The manager should be fired because she has no people skills and is very rude and unhelpful.

This was probably one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. Lets start at the beginning. It took about 5 minutes to be seated, which was normal for a restaurant, but we were seated in a secluded, dark corner. It bothered me and my party, but we were fine. It took fairly quick for our waitress to introduce herself and give us our drinks. But it took nearly more then half an hour for us to get us our food, which is usually a pain when your extremely hungry and sort of impatient. When our food finally came, everything seemed pretty fine. But when my daughter took about 5-6 bites out of her chicken pasta, there was a pool of grease/oil, which left my daughter with a massive stomach ache and made her feel queasy. When we were finally done, the waitress was nowhere in sight. We waited about 10-15 minutes and asked another waitress to give us our check. Overall, I would expect better service and better quality from a mall like the Dolphin Mall. I wouldnt even reccomend this restaurant to a person I dispise. I am never again coming to this Fridays, and you shouldnt either.
