Im giving them a one star review because my wife and I went there last Sunday and the bar server Christina was a rude snotty little bit)h. First off we ordered drinks and the bartender that was on duty that day made them weak. So then when we asked for different drinks or for them to put a little bit more alcholol in my wifes long island, Christina was like im going to have to charge you extra for the alcohol which was not going to happen. We just wanted our long islands to taste like long islands. So when we opted out to pay the extra, Christina took it upon herself to make the drinks to our liking. She made the drinks great, but her attitude killed the whole experience. She had way to many tables to wade on to begin with. I guess she wanted the money bad, and it showed in her attitude. She was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. When it was time to order our food she made that experience terrible as well. We ordered our food and there was no personality what-so-ever in her. Anyways we ordered our food and received our drinks the way they should have been to begin with. After eating our food and ordering another round of drinks Christina gets a little snotty again saying she doesnt want to step on the bartenders toes by making drinks when the regular bartender should be making. I guess she would rather joke around with three asian drunks than be a hospitable server which was she was exactly doing. (Laughing with a trio of drunk asian men that couldnt hold their alcohol). Bottom line Christina, please be respectful to guests when they come. Btw she also stated to us that she bartends on Thursdays. Well were not interested in visiting this location anymore or you for that fact after seeing what a rude, snotty little bit)h you are!

We went around 2:30PM after finding out Texas roadhouse didnt open til 3PM thinking we would give the new place near walmart a try... we should have waited the half hour in the 20 degrees outside in Texas Roadhouses parking lot. the service was disgraceful. we got seated quickly, but after that we sat there... and sat there... and sat there... all the while listening to the employees in the back laughing and carrying on having a good time or whatever. finally after 20 minutes someone came and said simply what do you want to drink we gave our order and i tried to say and we are ready to order too but she walked away from us. 15 more minutes and our drinks came and we ordered. i have never felt such a cold reception from a waitress! after 10 minutes we got our appetizer which was pretty good (fried mushrooms) then 20 minutes later we got our food. my burger was cold, my girls chicken strips were lukewarm at best, and the fries were underdone and frigid in the center! when the food came i was ready for a refill, but she never even noticed. i had to walk up to the hostess and ask for one. we were the ONLY customers in the place so this was just INEXCUSABLE SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY! i will NEVER go back. if they offered me free meals i would REFUSE, it was that bad! they need some MAJOR work on personnel staffing the place. IF the food was hot, it would have been worthy of some praise but i had to take everything home as left overs and heat it in my microwave.

My wife and I went on 8/25 for .65 cent wings. After getting there we were given our drinks and ordered then proceeded to wait 30 minutes before anyone came back to our table. Then pur waitress came back to tell us that the kitchen was slow so the manager is going to comp our wings. Our food was brought our to the wrong table and we had to stop them from taking it back into the back. We were one of four tables tonight that had this 40 minute wait and not a single manager came around to talk to us. Then employees from the front hostess area were coming to the back of the restaurant to flirt with waitresses. Finally when our bill came the manager(whom we still havent seen) decided to comp our drinks and wedges instead of the wings like they said they would. The wings were 2x what everything else was so he/she was just trying to make as much money as possible instead of sticking to what they said. This is the only bdubs that i will not be back too

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings today hoping to watch some of the Notre Dame Pittsburgh basketball game. A big game for Irish fans in town. When I asked the bartender if they could get the game on a TV, he said he would check. After tip off came and went and nothing happened, I asked him again. He said...no cant get it. He said it was football season not basketball season, chuckled, and walked away. Ok... I decided to move on to a place where I could watch the game. I told him to cash me out. I paid for my $3.50 beer with a $5.00 bill. He took my $5.00 bill, closed up the register and started walking away, not giving me any change. I called him out and he returned to the register to give me my change. Guess what? You just lost a regular customer for 2017. I told the manager what happened on my way out and I gave him a $1.00 bill...the last tip that place will see for a long long time.

I love the food but there is a waitress named maria ruiz who is so disrespectful and with no kind of people skills at all. This is the second time i have gone with my husband and i can clearly tell she has a hate for us for some reason it is truly upsetting. I always go there with my family and firends to hangout, eat, etc., and Every other time i get attended by anyone other than her my night goes out pretty smooth and nice but if shes waitressing a table in front of us or next to us or even being our waitress somehow our night is pretty disappointing and its very upsetting I have tried talking to managers and it seems like theres nothing to do. once again the food is amazing but some people just shouldnt get jobs where you need people skills and not have any. I want to have a good meal without feeling harassed. :/

There were four adults and 5 kids on a Friday night. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. We ordered two burgers, some wings and a few small kids meals. The $12 burgers were awful. Like a frozen patty that they put into a toaster... The waitress confirmed thats how theyre cooked!! Just horrendous. Neither of us could finish our meal. Even the salsa looked like watered down tomatoe juice. We had to send the wings back because the order was completely wrong. Thank God they didnt screw up the kids corn dogs. Anyways, the server was awesome. Very nice and understanding so kudos to her. Well never go back. Beer was tasty though.

The downtown BW3 is a bit of a mixed bowl of fish, or should I say wings? I much prefer the atmosphere & wait staff at the Mishawaka one (on Grape road). The downtown one is decent during lunch hour when people working or shopping downtown eat there, but in general its just loud, dark, and awkwardly laid out. The service cant find the balance between over responsive and absent. But, the food is delicious, and always a favorite. We go there often because of the food, but the people.
