A friend has tried the new location several times, weekday and weekends, and even tried take out but had no success... Even walked out one time due to lack of service. Despite the advice to steer clear I tried to order online for take out. Website said it would be ready at 5:20pm. I walked in at 5:21pm and was told, "let me go get your order." While I waited for 10 minutes someone else came and rang me up and gave me the impression the other lady should have done it. After paying I sat down to watch TV. While waiting I witnessed more employees than guests in the prime time dinner rush, most talking with each other at the bar, and one lady walking away from her table as the the guy had to ask loudly for his ice tea again. This appeared to be an ongoing issue during this guys stay. The first lady came out from the kitchen and said they were bagging up my food now. After another 10 minutes she brought my food. Food order was accurate except for the carrot, celery, and blue cheese... Which I didnt really want, but the website made me pay for. Not that the extra $1.20 was enough to drive back for, but if Buffalo Wild Wings is going to force me to pay for something I really didnt want... Make sure you put it in my bag. In summary, if the website is going to make me wait 20 minutes and the staff makes be wait 20 minutes when the place was empty it makes the "just okay" food not worth it. The time it took I could have gone to the Kroger in the same shopping complex, buy frozen chicken, and the Buffalo Wild Wings sauce and make it at home for half the price.

Overall quite disappointing. Went to get a "quick" lunch with some colleagues from work and there was nothing quick about it. We arrived in store at 11:45am and was greeted and escorted to our table. The waitress took our drink and food order shortly after. We ordered wings and a wrap from the lunch menu. We started to ask about our food around 12:20 and spoke with general manager(red shirt) and he went to look for it. He came out to our table with the wrong food. Turns out it was the food for the table next to us. He goes back in and brings our food out. One of the wings had the wrong sauce, all of the fries were cold, and the wrap was cold as well. We returned the wrap and had them make another in a to-go box. It was now 12:35 and we had to rush to go and asked for our receipt. (We never spoke to our waitress again until 12:35 when she asked "how is everything?") I thought she was joking. I told her my wrap was cold and she said, "well you know the lettuce and tomatoes inside the wrap are cold right?". I almost opened the to-go box and threw half a wrap it at her...but I refrained. It took her another 10 minutes to get our receipt. We talked with another manager and told him we were disappointed in our exp. and he said i am sorry and that he wishes there was something he could do for us. We exchanged business cards. Great day, terrible lunch... After looking at the reviews, it appears I should have expected this...

I went to the new restaurant in Madison and had a terrible experience. It was my first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant. I was told that there were 72 TVs. This was impressive until you sat down and it was so loud in there that you couldnt talk. It took some time before anyone came over and asked for our drinks. Then they changed servers on us. The first server kept rolling her eyes whenever we talked to her. It took awhile to get our drinks and take our order. We were freezing inside so we checked with the person at the front desk to see if we could move outside and also stopped our server to tell her what we were doing. They obviously didnt coordinate this well. We were waiting a long time and finally our server came out and told us that they were redoing our order. The food must have come out and gone back to the kitchen since we werent sitting inside anymore. I was disgusted when the order came out. I had two tiny paper baskets with popcorn size chicken in it. We asked where the blue cheese was and were almost done before that came out. Why it wasnt served with the food, well never know. We spent a lot to eat there and the food was terrible and the service was even worse. We wasted over two hours waiting for our food to come out. I wont go back. Crickets in Madison is by far the best wing place to go to!

VERY frustrated to learn that the staff and manager at Buffalo Wild Wings - HWY 72 West Huntsville, AL are COMPLETELY apathetic to their disabled guests. I went for lunch today and there was a Pepsi distribution truck parked in the closest disabled space. I waited 15 minutes for a manager to come by, and I pointed out the ILLEGALLY parked truck, and he told me hed known about it since SIX AM and had done nothing about it! He knew that for SIX HOURS, his beverage distributor was illegally blocking access for his disabled patrons, and he didnt care. I asked him if I should go ahead and talk to the police to get him to move, and he shrugged and said, "You do whatever you have to to deal with him, Im not affiliated with him; its not my problem." and walked away. I have NEVER been so blatantly, rudely blown off by a MANAGER, who obviously could not care less whether or not his disabled customers have access to their designated parking. I sat there for over 25 minutes and NEVER saw my server--someone else finally came and took my drink and 15-minutes-fast-or-its-free lunch order. After hearing the manager completely blow me off, I grabbed my purse and walked out, and got lunch elsewhere. I can understand small issues with new serving staff just after opening, but a manager should know better than to be so incredibly rude to a guest.

Dont waste your time here if you want B-Dubs go to Huntsville, Decatur, or the new one about to open in Athens.... Food and atmosphere are fine, but service is awful, been 3 times and service is worse each time, we waited over an hour for food, then once it was delivered 2 people were missing food, then they realized after I had to get someone elses attention that our waitress (who was never around) that their order was never even put in the system... I waited till there food to arrive to eat, by then my wings were cold, so manager brought me new ones when theres came out.... then the ones that were brought out late were suppose to be the least hot "mild" flavor, and they were hotter than my medium wings.... place has not only idiots on the floor as waitresss but also ones above them managing the store..... Corporate is going to have to step in to save this location, if they continue on like this they will only have people at the bar watching games and thats it.... Madison has plenty of other restaurants with mediocre service thats better than this place.... Just hope the one about to open in Athens is not ran this way....
