Absolutely terrible management. I do not come here very often, our waitress was outstanding, however, management was unfriendly, childish, and unprofessional. A friend got excited and bumped the table knocking over a brand new beer at the end of the Wisconsin vs Kentucky game. Hed had a total of 3 over a 3 1/2 hour span and was anything but drunk. We had noticed the management seemingly watch us for cheering loudly, but thought nothing of it until the beer was spilled. Our waitress came over and said we needed to "calm down" because the manager was watching us and was afraid shed over served us. This immediately aggravated me as the manager had ample opportunity to come and talk to us if he had an issue, he choose instead to fault the waitress and place the blame on her. I attempted to speak with him to which he stated "I dont care what you have to say", "I dont care of you think I should have addressed you I did my job the way I want to do it", and when I asked for the business card if the owner and store manager her initially gave me his own card and asked " who do you think you are " when I told him to give me the proper card. He then threatened to call the police to have me removed, and told me if I didnt like what he did and how he handled himself on a professional level (lack of) that I should "just never come back". I will be filling a complaint with the better business bureau, and corporate Buffalo Wild Wings.

How many idiot girls does it take to deliver a tray of wings? Seriously. Girls need to stop thinking there hot s*** because they serve at BW3s. I am ALL for tipping because I have been a server, but when you act like your more important then the good service you should be delivering, you deserve nothing but pennies. Lets not mention the fact that the cooks cannot count! Ordered 32 wings in 4 different sauces and they gave me 6 of one, 7 of the other 7 of the other and 8 of the other. Then FORGOT my extra sour cream and ranch twice! and forgot my hot sauce three times. The funniest things. They put the ugliest girls working at night!

All BW3s are are good, the food it all the same, so the real difference is service. I visited on a Tuesday night by myself (party of 1), not packed, but far from slow. They suggested I would get better service in the bar. There were fewer people in there. I waited so long to have my drink order taken I almost moved to the dining g room. Then I wanted a long time to get my water and place a meal order. After the food arrived, I rarely saw my server. So thats why Im only giving 3 stars.

The food here is pretty decent if a little on the pricey side for what you get. They have a steak wrap that I used to love, but the last time I got it, something wasnt right about it. Almost like they had altered the recipe. It usually isnt too crowded for lunch, and they have a handful of lunch specials. However, a couple of times it has taken a long time to get our food out and it has caused us to be late getting back to work. On the plus side, the staff is usually friendly.

We were told we would be seated within 30 minutes kept being promised wed be seated any minute but instead of giving our party a table other people who came in AFTER we did were seated before us! We waited for over an hour to be seated then another hour before we were served our food! By the time we were finally able to eat we were so hungry our food was gone within 10 minutes! Bad!

I do not like the redesign of Buffalo wild wings. You have servers coming through the entrance with food with people breathing all over your food, and during the winter months customers leave the entrance door open too long so your food can get cold. Its just a poor redesign. If its not broke dont fix it. Also the new employees are not efficient enough.

Got Honey BBQ boneless wings that were cold on the inside. Later that day I ended up with stomach cramps and eventually got food poisoning. I know it was BWW because I was to sick to eat anything else the rest of the day. The waitress was very rude and acted like it was a chore to do her job and serve us. Nerve will I go back here.

My experience was pretty bad the service was so slow and there wasnt even that many people and then I waited like 45 minutes even if it was busy I still shouldnt of had to wait that long and the hostes took me 5 different places and had me stand at a table like an idiot...if I could I would put 0stars wont be coming back

Had one of the worst experiences ever here. Waited 1.5 hrs for the food and 1 item came out wrong. That person waited another 10 minutes for their food. Waitress didnt even take that meal off, I ask and then Sean the manager on duty took 8% off the bill but didnt even take the time to come to the table to talk to us.

I stopped by BW3 before jumping on my flight back to AZ yesterday. The service was great! The hostess, cashier and bartender were all very pleasant and helpful. Customer service has fallen through the cracks at MANY businesses, but this BW3s locations was amazing! Thanks ladies! This business has great workers!

Compared to other Buffalo Wild Wings, this one could be better. There was an evening where we had to wait for about an hour before a different waitress came and helped us out. Other times there have not been enough sauce on our carry-out wings. We only go here if it is the most convenient one to go to.

4 stars because service has ranged from 2 to 5 stars. You can get stuck at the front desk waiting if its a Tuesday or Thursday wing day though I did find it annoying there are 10+ tables available and a 20+ minute wait. Order pick-up is fairly quick if you order in advance online.

I think you have to rate a chain based off service. The food will taste the same at all locations. That being said, half the time Im there it takes about 20-30 minutes before we get to order food. Im usually not in a rush, but if you are, consider ordering ahead of time.

Ive dined in quite often here and done take out quite a bit. Overall this location is pretty good. Service is lacking in speed and quality every few times but beyond that it is well kept and maintained. Friendly staff and good good!

Handled the first of "March madness" amazingly well. The only thing I could ask for is, more parking. I was afraid to walk in when I saw cars parking on the side street, only to walk in and see some empty tables.

Wont be back. Their daily wing special ends right at dinner time and they dont even tell people. Not sure how that even qualifies for daily... Seems like they do it just to rip people off.
