If you want FRESH not frozen wings, then this is the place to be. I heard over and over through my coworkers that these wings are the BEST in alabama. So when i went to check it out, I have to agree...these are the most delicious wings you can buy so thats kudos to the hard working staff there. I also spoke with the kind new owners and found out that they make all of their sauces and foods from natural, high-quality ingredients. For the price you pay, the quality of the food is great! Ya hungry yet? If you want something else other than wings, they also have a wide selection on their menu--everything is great! Check them out!

I use to love exotic wings and would eat here almost once a week. But the past few times Ive went to exotic wings the fries and wings were cold. I just took my grandmother there and as soon as we walked in they had about 40 wings precooked sitting over the fryer. When we received our food the wings were cold and fries were lukewarm. The staff tried to say nothing was cold...the manager even stated that nothing was cold. Horrible customer service and cold food. We will not be back.

I used drive thru to place an order of 20 wings and fries...the line was long,,,, after sitting 3 minutes after I placed my order an employee came to tell everyone... "We want you to know were working as fast as we can, thank you for your patience" I was like WOW.... I appreciated that...I was a smiling customer once I reached the window and very satisfied with an hit and correct order...- driven the extra mile..

WOW! I will never patronize this business again. The two girls they have working in there are so rude and the food doesnt be fresh even after requesting it... The manager on duty Ms Sue wouldnt even come to the window when requested, stating that she was busy. Just know without customers you will not be profitable and the way your customer service is you wont last long!

As a regular to this restaurant when in town, I can say that the food is awesome, especially the lemon pepper wings and cajun fries. Yet, the interior is horrible. I dont even sit to wait for my food in there, I stand. They are usually busy so Im assuming they dont have time for cleanup in the dining area BUT they can always hire someone to do just that.

Drove from Mountain Brook to see what some of my co-workers was bragging about. Unfortunately the fries taste like they been re-cooked. The chicken taste like it was reheated, maybe its the new people thats their now, I want be going back to that GHETTO place. The people that work there, some had on flip flops, no hair net etc.... Dont Recommend!!!!

First off I saw Exotic wings on the sign I get there and the selection for flavors is minimum at best. But the wings are horrible, tasted like straight ketchup on wings. Once again where are the exotic wings, unless you are serving me some other bird than chicken its not worth even trying.

Great whiting for a city thats not on the coast. The wings are really good too. Customer service varies, but its not bad just not always friendly. I would definitely recommend this place if youre hungry for some food but want better quality than McDonalds but not Red Lobster prices.

The food is great, but dont bother to call in an order if youre in a rush. Its for good reason; its made to order, but it almost does you no good to call ahead. Just prepare for a wait, regardless. Outside of that, the food is great and most of the time, so is the service.

The food is good sometimes . Cashiers are often rude. And the sometimes its not clean inside the floors and tables are dirty. Wouldnt waste my money at this location. Very poor customer service . The owners are afraid of there own employees.

Went thru drive thru, took awhile to receive order and then I was missing food! Noticed the vents on the outside of the drive thru window was caked up with very very old grease. Customer Service lacking
