I would like to say I could order from this place again, but after the service I got last time, I dont think I will be. I really enjoy their food, even though some things have odd flavors combined together. And overall the food is pretty good, even if a little pricey. I ordered online through another service because I wanted to pay with Paypal and had almost no trouble with the process. After getting a confirmation from both the site I used and Wing Zone that my order was place, I checked my Paypal and saw that everything did go through and I was charged correctly. It seemed to be issue free so I sat back, played some games and waited.... for two hours. I knew that Wing Zone can generally take a little while to get out orders but that was a bit much. When I called to ask about my order, repeating back confirmation numbers and asking if maybe my order was overlooked, the owner told me over and over again that he never got my order and was very short with me. I ended up having to work with Eat24, the site I used, to prove that not only did I pay for my food, but Wing Zone did actually confirm my order too. After everything was said and done, the owner was still swearing up and down that I never actually ordered and would not apologize or recognize that my two-hour wait was legitimate. Eat24 treated me well and gave me compensation for my wait, which was nice. But Wing Zones owner and service is not worth the food in my opinion.

Worst Experience Ever. I ordered my food at 8:03 p.m. online after I put my children to bed. Over an hour passes and my food has not been delivered. Keep in mind, I live less than half a mile away from this establishment. I call at 9:14 p.m. to check on my order status. The guy informs me that my order is on top and heading out the door. Another 30 minutes passes! I call at 9:45 p.m. and ask why my order hadnt been delivered. The same guy tells me my order is about to leave right now. I said you told me the same thing 30 minutes ago! He said that he just finished cooking my order. I said, so youre telling me, my order hadnt even gotten started until an entire HOUR after I placed it. He said yup and did not once apologize. I hung up. Three minutes later, I get an email saying my order is now being delivered. This is at 9:48pm when I ordered at 8:03pm! My order finally arrived at 10:00pm and was WRONG! I called at 10:01 to let them know my order was missing an item. Same guy answered and still no apologies whatsoever. The other item was just delivered to me at 10:30pm. Ill never place a single order with this restaurant again!!! Worst customer service ever!

I ordered a family pack at 4:45 on a Sunday night. After 45 minutes I called the store to ask if my order was out for delivery yet. After putting me on hold for 5 minutes the man who answered asked for my address. I gave him the information and he said that he had just talked to my delivery driver and said he would be 2-3 more minutes. Thirty minutes after this conversation my food has still not been delivered. I understand that there is a small bout of construction on Middle Tennessee Blvd, but it only adds about 3-4 minutes to the commute, if its even busy. My fiancé passed by the business on his way home from work and he said it took him about 10 minutes to get home from there. I will not be ordering from this establishment again, especially since the people who work there are liars.

I ordered a delivery, I waited for 1 hour and 53 minutes before I cancelled my order. Granted it was raining, and I bet they had gotten busy. I called up to the store, and the night manager tried to tell me that if I cancelled my order I would be put on his "list;" therefore, he wouldnt take my orders anymore. To be honest I wouldnt have even cancelled my order if he hadnt been so rude, or at least did something to show that he cared that his customer wasnt happy. I contacted the corporate office about the matter, and all they did was send me 10 free wings to get picked up. I threw that coupon away. I havent ordered there food since this experience, and plenty of other places offer wings, better businesses. -Pj

I ordered 2 sandwiches, seasoned fries with one, onion rings with the other, a mountain dew and an order of celery with blue cheese dressing and on order of the pickle chips. It took right at an hour from the time I got a text saying my order was out for delivery. One sandwich had no lettuce, tomatoes and prep pack. The order of celery was missing. We got a huge side order of fries we didnt order. No ketchup I ordered. And EVERYTHING was COLD!! CANT EVEN EAT THE ONION RINGS THEY ARE SO NASTY!! I also noted that the delivery was to be made to the door with the light on and ring, instead, he came to my other door and barely knocked. Im very disappointed. I wont be ordering from here again anytime soon. :(

I ordered tenders and they were soggy and the breading would just slip off. The Nuclear habanero sauce was absolutely disgusting. My wife ordered the Smokehouse burger and it was just as bad. How do you mess up a freaking Hamburger? I can usually eat anything good or bad just for the sake of filling up. I took a bite of her burger and spit it out. It had a sort of coconut like flavor that was terrible. I sure as h#*l do not recommend this place to anyone and now wish we would have read the reviews first. It completely messed up eating for us tonight. My mouth feels like it has had paint thinner or something in it now. At least were not hungry anymore.

Worst customer service ever. If I could give zero stars I would. First walked in the place, they had door propped open and it blazing hot in there ...this in the middle of August so flies were everywhere. The person who took my order was the owner was very rude. I order 16 boneless wings. Told me it will take 10 minutes. I sat there in the heat for at least 20 -25 minutes waiting for my food to get done. When it finally got done. The worker was looking for forks to give me to eat with my boneless wings. He asked the owner if they ran out of forks. The owner replied back "we are here to sell food not forks" Never going there again and DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I order from wing zone Ive had the best experience in my life, I ordered the honey Q and a smoking Q and they tasted fabulously , it was so good that I started ordering every weekend from them and or tenders were cooked good doing good and the sauce on them was perfect not extra and no less than the salsa I like fries specially when cooked fresh and crispy. I order their burger was so delicious that My friends also ordered right after they saw my food. And for the delivery guys was polite that I tipped him $ 5

I got delivery and have yet to receive my order. I ordered my food at 8:15 p.m. I called at 9:12 to see what was taking my order so long and the lady on the phone said he left 5 min. ago and was on the way. Its called again at 9:30 to see why hasnt he arrived yet and this woman told me the driver said he couldnt contact me but I received not one call or a knock on my door. Now I have to wait a extra 15-20 minutes to receive my order which is ridiculous. I definitely wont be spending my money here again. #Hangry
