I called and placed a order about 7:30 for delivery. The girl who answered stated that my ordered would be delivered at 8:00 with the other orders which was fine with me. It was around 8:25 I noticed that I didnt receive my order. I call right away and asked why my food havent been delivered. The lady stated that food was SITTING and she will call and see where the deliver guy at. Around about 8:40 I was still waiting on my food. I called and ask why I didnt get my food or receive a call about my food. The lady told me that the deliver guy and the manager was at the GAME and that she dont know when they was going to back. The Customer Service was Horrible and she had no kind of remorse for how they treat their customers. I never received my food or a apology.

I went in for my first and last time today. I came in after viewing the menu and prices online, once I got there I saw that they prices are actually 2 to 3 dollars higher. When I asked bout the prices I was answered very rudely by the man who I assume was doing the cooking in the back(possibly the owner).He came up with his cup in his hand, apron on, and with a sweaty face saying that they were not going to pay to change the prices online and that the prices on the menu are what Im gonna get. I wouldnt DARE spend my hard earned money on someone as rude and uncaring about how they address a customer. I can afford the 2 dollars more but Im not going to pay it for pathetic service. I spent my money elsewhere! Learn how to treat your customers!!...

The customer service is HORRIBLE, the manager is by far the rudest person! On last week my son was in there buying food, he handed the MANAGER his wifes debit card to pay for the meal, welllllll, because his name wasnt on the card, the MANAGER accused him of stealing it and threaten to call the police. My son had to call his wife who is 8 months pregnant and on bed rest to verify that she gave her HUSBAND permission to use the card with her WHOLE name on it! My son told the manager that I WORK FOR MINE, IVE NEVER STOLEN ANYTHING AND FOR YOU TO ACCUSE ME OF STEALING SOMETHING IS GROUNDS FOR AN ASS WHIPPING BUT SINCE IM A MAN AND I WAS TAUGHT TO TURN THE OTHER CHEEK, IMA LET YOU HAVE THIS ONE BUT SOMEONE ELSE MAY NOT BE AS NICE.

I enjoyed the wings here. I ordered the basic "hot" wings and found them to be cooked just right, but they did need more heat to them to be called "hot." I will definitely go back for more and I strongly encourage others in the UAB area to try them out. However, as the previouis reviewer said, "I prefer more liquid on my wings." So, if the owner and/or manager is reading this, please, juice up your product a little. Also, ketchup bottles on the tables would be a definite plus.

An older black American gentleman took my order and he was rushing and slightly rude during the process but I paid it no mind since it wasnt the rudest I have encountered. This man, instead of professionally explaining to me how my order comes with ranch covered fries, he argues me thst it is what I order even though I dont like ranch. I have worked with customer service for 3+ years and I know not to argue with the customer!

if i could choose no stars i would. Poor customer service FROM THE OWNER. Clearly the website says deliver and he tells me "he doesnt feel like it but ok" then tells me i cant choose which drink i would like, he only would bring can drinks. I told him you are going to lose business because you do not feel like driving down the street within the southside radius , he says oh well. I would never beg someone to take my money.

This place has great food!!! The customer service is Terrible. The owner is rude and people who work there are rude. I work for a company where we ordered twice, the drinks were left off, the charge $2.25 extra on each order and added an $10 tip. We will never order from them again!!!! This is the main reason blacks dont support black business. We will order from Chinese food before before we order from this wing place.

If you every come to Birmingham.... Dont ever ever ever ever go to this place... Not only overpriced but horrible food... Look at these lemon pepper wings plate..wings so hard and flavorless they will break your teeth and this shrimp basket plate with 6 salad shrimp... and then no refund, only replace food... Now who in the world want more food must be crazy...charge that money to the game...NEVER AGAIN!!!! BEWARE

Ive had better wings from Little Caesars! The wings werent flavorful at all, very bland. The flavors all have nick-names and arent descriptive at all (blizzard, black blizzard, bet-bet, blava) so you have to ask about 90% of the flavors and what they really are before you know if its something youd be interested in. Much too expensive for the quality and the staff wasnt very courteous. I wont be back!

The food was OK I paid about $12 for an 8pc. Hot Lemon pepper, Cheese fries & a drink. A little too over priced for me. The food didnt have a taste to it no seasoning of not enough seasoning. It was very disappointing. No parking spaces, no greeting when I walked in, but they had my food ready within the 1st 5mins. of me walking inside the was the only good thing.

These people (manager/owner & cooks) are extremely rude. They have absolutely NO customer service skills. Half my wings were refried, possibly from lunch, and the other half were fresh but still not done. As of today, I will not buy these skimpy wings, fuss over a 83 cent tiny cup of ranch AND deal with these rude attitudes at the same time. Wont happen.

Visited over the weekend while in town for my sons basketball tournament. We ate here several times during our weekend stay. The food is great and the hospitality shown to us by the owner, Mr. Jeff was even better. Its hard to pick a favorite menu item but the ranch fries are a must try, deliciousness!! Will definitely eat here whenever Im in Birmingham.

There was no air conditioning, and the food was awful. The tea tasted like it had been sitting out for a couple of days. There were flies inside the restaurant and the tables were very sticky to the touch. It seemed as if someone had wiped them down with a dirty rag. I definitely wont be back here and I would recommend you try somewhere else as well

The food is not bad but, the staff have never heard of customer service. The gruff manager (Jeff) behaved as though it was my fault they were out of boneless chicken! If you try to call in an order for pickup, Jeff says he wont take the order until you arrive. There is no reason to support a business which treats customers that way.

Man, this was a disappointment. I knew the wings wouldnt be all that great, but I figured it would still be great to have a place to stumble at 3am to sober up. It turns out they dont actually operate "around the clock" at all. They just have clocks all over the wall like a caricature 70s newsroom. Oh, its expensive too. Awesome.
