The absolute worst service Ive EVER experienced. From what I understand, this location is owned by the same people who own the local Lennys Sub Shop locations. I must say that they should be ashamed in comparison. To start off, it took way too long for our server to take our order. This would be understandable if they had been busy at the time, but they were not. On the contrary, they seemed to be overstaffed, with most of the wait staff spending most of their time hanging out and conversing around the host/hostesss stand. Ill admit that my group and I were slightly confused about how the wings are prepared, as were more accustomed to the other wings restaurants in this area such as Buffalo Wild Wings and Buffalos Reef. With that said, our confusion was displayed when one of our parmesan garlic wings orders had been given to us simply rolled in buffalo sauce, with parmesan and garlic sprinkled lightly over the top of them. We asked our server why they were spicy, and he said youve gotta choose the heat when you order them. No big deal, as we wouldve done just that had it been mentioned. However, we were never asked, so we were obviously very confused why any level of heat was just assumed to be desired. Instead of simply apologizing, he decided to be VERY argumentative with us, repeating several times that he asked us, though he definitely did not. About 30 seconds later, he decided to get completely rude, looking my mother up and down saying, "well if youre gonna be like that...", and finally walking away waving his hand at us dismissively. We spoke to the manager on duty. He was polite, and went on to semi-apologize for this situation, though simultaneously allowing this same server to get in my mothers face arguing with her about how rude we were for a solid minute or two before his manager pulled him back and told him to go to the back. In all my years working in the food industry, I guarantee that I wouldve been fired on the spot for speaking to a customer in such a rude, disrespectful, and threatening manner. However, his manager decided to basically dismiss it, citing that hes one of their best servers. This location has barely been open for a month, and this is certainly not a very good start to its existence at all. The manager gave us a nice stack of cards for free wings, but needless to say, those cards will not be used. Theyve lost a handful of customers for good that day. We will not be back, and our friends and family members will hear about it as well, thereby causing a loss of more potential business. Word of mouth is everything, especially for a new establishment to the area.

Poor service and food quality was eh.. My husband and I are locals in the area and decided to try something new. We were both very disappointed and wont be back. We were greeted and seated very promptly, however service from the waitress took some time. The place was rather empty for it was thursday after 8:00pm.. Once greeted the waitress informed us she was all over the place and to just wave her down if we needed her. Which I understood since I was a waitress once. We ordered our food smoothly but after that, everything went down hill. I noticed our waitress only stopped at two other tables in her section..both of which she dotted on ... they were employees.. in uniform. Our drinks grew empty as we waited on food. I kept waiting for her to look our way and wave her down. Never happened. After waiting awhile for our food, we were informed by another waitress that our food was taking a long time due to a very large togo order. Which was understandable. I took this opportunity to ask for refills. The other waitress brought them. While our waitress talked to her fellow employees. A few times I even saw two managers walk by our table, with no smiles and no greetings. The first time we had empty drinks at the end of our table. Second time we were waiting for our ticket to leave, which he eventually asked if we were looking for our waitress, after he too was sitting at the table socializing with the other employee. In regards to our food. We ordered boneless and traditional wings and a side of onion rings. The rings tasted delicious but the quantity was disappointing, 5 rings total for 4$..and two of them were small.. I even asked if that truly was the order size (It is). And once again the other waitress brought them. The traditional wings were..eh warm.. and tasted like theyve been sitting under the lamp for a minute. Probably left over from boxing that very large to go order, which was still waiting as we walked out. My husband got the boneless, which looked good and he had no complaints about. But we both agreed to take our wing cravings elsewhere. Buffalos Reef has never disappointed us. Overall bad experience at Buffalo Wings and Rings FWB.

My roommate and I attended on Easter Sunday as it was one of the only places open. Were both locals who have lived in the area for around three years. Weve been to Buffalo wings and rings in the past and had good experiences. This time, however, we were denied service. I am 21 years old and my roommate is 22. In the past we have never had a problem ordering alcohol. This time was different. Both my state ID and my military ID were determined as "fakes." After being told that my IDs were "the fakest IDs [hes] ever seen" we left, and will not be returning. In fact, I will encourage everyone I know not to attend Buffalo wings and rings as well. I was belittled and embarrassed. They need to learn how to discern a real ID from a fake one.

Ive been out here five times, if that says anything in a town loaded with wing options. Just brought my Uncle in, whose been to hundreds of wing joints across the country. Hands down, the best wings Ive ever had in my life. The fried, boneless parm garlic will NOT let you down. Crispy, flakey, moist, beautiful chicken with perfect ranch. Pair with a crisp beer, and its heaven. Uncle J agrees, they are the best hes ever had. Thats over 80 years of wing tasting. (Topping Hooters, BDubs, and even Buffolo Reef.) Only complaint is the blue cheese dressing could use an upgrade, and the outdoor furniture could be more laid back. Other than that... YES.

Wait staff seated us, but after 10 minutes no one came to take our order. Two other tables came in after us and they were served. Went to wash my hands and there were too many employees wandering around. Two almost ran into me and a couple cut me off. The customer should not have to watch out for the staff if they are not carrying a large order. Talked to the manager, but had to wait as she was dealing with another table going through the same experience. The manager acted like she knew it was a problem, but didnt attempt to make it right. When we told her we were go to eat somewhere else she told us to have a good night.

First visit to the new area wing place...Walked in and the young lady that greeted us was nice, she walked us to our table and seated us promptly. The restaurant was not very busy at 1:30pm so we felt we would be able to get in and out in a reasonable time, so we thought. For the next 8 minutes we watched several servers walk around us, never making eye contact, never smiling our way, no "well be right with you", nothing. We looked at each other, both recognizing the lack of customer service and chose to get up and leave and head to another restaurant. No one spoke to us as we walked out...â ¹ï¸ disappointed
