Beware Bourbon Chicken on the Chefs Recommendation Specials....no description of type of chicken probably because it is not white meat and was burnt and rubbery. Served with 4 stalks of steamed broccoli. It was not edible. Chicken pieces were like eating leather. The bright side was the flavorful won- ton soup and the crispy noodles. The fried rice was marginal. This was our second time trying this restaurant and we were severely disappointed. First time had a good meal ( Kung Pao Chicken) thus the reason we went back. Not many choices for good Asian food in our area. We did mention to the waiter(Asian man with ponytail) and he said he would tell the kitchen. In retrospect, we should have pressed the issue and requested a change in our selection. Lesson learned-dont order the Bourbon Chicken!!!

Ordered by phone and picked it via drive thru. By far the easiest ordering and pick up experience at any Chinese restaurant Ive been to. Arrived home to a full bag of the very thing youd need, much more then expected (spoons, forks, napkins, 2 of each sauce, 2 fortune cookies ). I ordered the sesame seed chicken dinner meal. The chicken was delicious, perfectly battered and the sauce was just right. The meal also came with pork fried rice with tons of pork, a pork egg roll which was better then I expected. There was even some fried chips that Im not sure the name of; these were also a treat. Definitely recommend Mr.King!

This is the second time weve ordered from Mr Kings, and the first time was good, but tonights meal was a disappointment, especially after spending $66.30. The Krab Rangoons were over fried and so were the noodles for the soup. My grandsons were expecting crispy chicken tenders with their sweet and sour chicken, but the vegetables and fruit that was combined with them, made them soggy. My Egg Foo Young was covered in gravy instead of on the side. overall, we were disappointed in the entire meal, but will try them one more time, hopefully, it will be as good as the first time.

A party of four at four pm. We knew to go early as the Food is great and the place gets jam packed later. The older server was over worked. She covered all tables. Of the two younger servers one was on drive thru and seemed busy. The other roamed around and I couldnt tell what she was doing, maybe hostess? She could have at least brought water and refills. The older woman was hustling and running, poor woman, she tried but was stretched way too thin. She either wont delegate or the two younger are taking advantage.

Got it todAy 11/5/15 ... I ordered on the website and 15 mins later walked in and shes like stay or go I told her I ordered online. . Shes like we are now gettin it. Well that ok.. so I told her Im goin to pay and come back.. she was nice then the cook he was sitting down eating the lady goes frank we need food. . He gets up with an attitude and was Mad he had to cook. . Seriously. But the food is amazing

I have only eaten here one time and will NEVER eat here again. There food gave me E coli poisoning, it was so bad that I could not walk at all for a week. This happened about 3 weeks ago and Im still having to go to the doctor because the E coli messed up my body so badly. I ate the egg drop soup, pork lo mien, crab ran goons, and fried rice with chicken.

Not a great dinning experience. I thought I would give it another try. Last time I was here found a dime size pebble in my food. Im thankful I didnt chip a tooth. Tonight the waitresses put the wrong order in. My good was brought to the table 20min before my dates. My food was cold. Dont think Ill eat here again.

This was a great find. My husband never eats Chinese food and he agreed to try Mr. KINGS with me today and he really really likes it. We are looking forward to eating their real soon. I always had to order take out but now we can enjoy eating in. Our meals both were delicious. Thanks to your chefs.

The best Chinese food anywhere around!! And the service is always excellent. We are vegetarians and they have great options and are always accommodating. Everytime we pass through Crystal River, we eat here. They always remember us... Its like eating with family.

NO FLAVOR!! Will not be back , ordered online , came to pickup food ten minutes before it was supposed to be ready waited another 20 mins to get food , which was really gross , fried rice was old and hard, seaseme chicken tatsed like teriyaki chicken ,

A long time establishment in Crystal River that has all the usual Chinese cuisine without the buffet. The sweet and sour dishes and chow mein are delicious. The last dinner I had which was Chicken Curry was really tasty too.

I have been to Mr. Kings many times over the years. It is among my favorite restaurants. They have a nice environment inside and excellent service. You will not go wrong eating at Mr. King.

Small and crampy, but the food has been consistently good. The owners are friendly. Service adequate. Pretty good for Crystal River. Sezuan Shrimp has become a favorite for me. Prices are fair.
