I went there today for lunch. I ordered Pork with Mixed Vegetables (extra spicy), and asked to replace the rice with lo mein. I got a couple of things at Winn-Dixie next door and then came back a few minutes later to pick up and pay. In addition to the normal $4.95 lunch combo price, I was charged $1.50 more to have the rice replaced with the lo mein ($6.45). I mentioned to the cashier that China Wok (on Waters Ave) doesnt charge extra to replace the rice with lo mein. She told me thats impossible, every place charges for replacements. I told her that I eat at China Wok frequently for lunch. It didnt matter, though, she still insisted that I was just making it up! Review on the food: mediocre at best. The lo mein was over garlicy and left a grease mess on the plate! The pork with mixed vegetables was just OK. It was not spicy at all, as I requested. The sauce was bland, the mini corn had a strange bitter taste and the entree had little pork. I had far too much lo mein compared to the main course! I should have just bought a frozen entree at Winn-Dixie. I wont be returning!

Food isnt that good actually. They cut the wings in half and call it a chicken wing. But Im used to NY Chinese food so maybe thats what they do down here in Tampa I dont know. But its not that good compared to what Im used to. Place has a funny smell sometimes during the day. Reading the reviews though people seem to love it. So what do I know.

Quick fast Chinese fat food. I always go here since it close to my home. No matter what you order everything seems to be ready in 15 mins. Limited or no seating so its better to take out. ****Update from 4 stars now down to 2. Pork fried rice had no pork and the sesame chicken was dry and did not taste fresh.
