First, let me say that my husband and I are very critucal of restaurants. Due to the nature of my husbands job he has been behind the scenes at numerous restaurants and as a result our choices have dwindled down to a trusted few. Combine this with the fact that we also own our own restaurant and you can see why itd be hard to enjoy a lot of places. Chinese restaurants have been the type of food we miss a lot, but gave up entirely due to issues with cleanliness and use of msg. Yesterday, we all were craving chinese and saw a Panda Express. We decided to try it. It was clean, the food fresh and the employees were all helpful and polite. We all loved our selections-so much we went back the next day. This chain has addressed the bad reputation with chinese restaurants with clean, open kitchen and well-trained staff. We even saw staff checking and recording temps. We feel we finally have a chinese option to enjoy again! Thanks to Anna and Willfredo for being so friendly and patient with us as first timers. They let us sample a variety of rntrees so we could pick what was right for us. Great job, guys!!! Come see us at our place, Southern Harmony Cafe in Ridge Manor and let us return the favor and serve you one day! Will be back!

I am a regular in this fast food and usually i liked very much this chain but today i got the worst experience at a Pandas express in my life. i was first in the chain and i was standing there as invisible waiting to get my plate the weird part is they already got half of my order just waiting to get the teriyaki chicken. i was standing there for about 25 minutes for no reason only being invisible ! they served 8 people who came after me in the queue. i am a regular they know me as David, today is my last day there. i dont know exactly why i have developed this invisibility power? i ordered a drink and left without my order and letting the cashier know the story. i wanted to give no star at all but since i have been in this restaurant for over 150 times, lets keep it at one star and F***K because i am really pissed.

Terrible service, waited in the line for 25 mins for 7 customers in front of us, ordered Family Feast meal! They run out of most of the entries, they scraped and filled 1/2 to 3/4 of boxes Food is nasty and greasy. I never had that bad Chinese food Please dont even try this restaurant, there are much better options around it.

What terrible service. I was in line next to my wife. She had her order taken and the guy to my left had his order taken and prepped before I was even acknowledge as existing. My wife was paying for hers while I just had to stand there. Needless to say I did not eat there.

1 word. Carla. This lady was rude as hell. Not to mention Everytime I come here it takes FOREVOR. Drive thru as well as in store. Done with this place. I can stomach a long line once in a while but not rude service, not when youre surrounded by other options. See ya Carla!

Slow service.... after sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes... we went inside... and waited another 15 for food... and by looking at the pathetic drive thru times, I probably would have been waiting in that line for another hour or so

Boo Jennifer, panda express was on point and the facility looked spotless. Not somewhere you should go when looking for a healthy meat free meal. Fresh kitchen is probably right up your alley
