Food on the west coast of Florida is already terrible enough. Adding this place to a long list of horrible restaurants. I have one word for the food... CRAP! At first impression I thought this place would be great. Line almost out the door for take out and although only a few tables in this small place they were full. Inexpensive food but not good. Ordered Honey garlic chicken and Chicken lomein. Brought it home. Lomein was all lomein. No more than 1 ounce of chicken and no taste other than oil. Honey garlic chicken lacked the garlic and was all breading and dark meat. Fried rice was terrible. Pieces of fatty pork in there was so bad by dog would not eat it. Lastly soup was flavorless. Save your money and go somewhere better.

This is the very definition of "hole-in-the-wall" great dining experiences. The deluxe dinner for two has enough food that my parents can routinely have dinner and a big leftover lunch for less than $30. You might think that the quality of the food would suffer at that price, but they dont sacrifice quality. Do yourself a favor and order some of the less standard options. Skip the sweet-and-sour and go for the Singapore noodles or 4 Happy Wor Ba. This is a must-eat if you love Chinese food. Just stay away from dining in during tourist season. The place has very few seats and is almost always packed for dinner in the winter.

Excellent place for Asian/Chinese food! This restaurant has been at this location for years and years! The reason? Great food and service. The owner, Tina, is always welcoming and has been there every time Ive picked up my food. All the dishes Ive tried were outstanding! My favorites are the Kung Pao Chicken, Double Fortune Dish, Hawaiian Five O, Chicken and pork fried rice and the dumplings! Highly recommend China Village. Its the best Chinese food from Lakewood Ranch, One co to west Bradenton!

If I could turn back time, I would and then not I eat at this place. The service is exceptional but the food is so bad Im ready to vomit. We ordered tea and coke and both were so watered down it was like drinking water. The General Tao looked like it was supposed to but tasted like crap. It had far in it and was gritty. The egg drop soup tasted like chicken broth and the room was so hot we were sweating. Never again

If you are from the west coast, this is the closest thing you will get to a decent Chinese food experience in the area. Nice interior, great service, friendly people. Its very small, so go during off-peak hours or get to-go. Keep in mind that the food will be a little blander than what you will get on the west coast, but its still decent. Its become a regular comfort food stop for us.

The people were very friendly. Service was good. Everything we ate was nice and hot. The fried rice was some of the best Ive had. The sweet and sour sauce was good but the pork was tough. The moo goo gi pan was good also. Im in search of the best sweet and sour and havent found it yet

So amazing, have been eating here since I was 8 years old, love it, love the service, food is never terrible, the owner is very very friendly and shell remember you if youre a regular! I highly recommend to anyone trying to find their staple Chinese restaurant that is beyond good!

This is old school Chinese food at its best. The dont hide anything with a splash of soy, or frozen peas and carrots. Their fried rice is actually fried. Not sure on the bad customer service complaints, but Ive never had a problem. Great service and excellent food.
